I love the phone, coming from a die hard Iphone user that says a lot. Some small things are frustrating but overall very easy to learn.

I haven't had a Samsung phone in a few years, since the last curved screen style. This phone is fast and takes great pictures.

Bought open box one and was 99% perfect. There was a scratch on one of the camera frames. Without that the phone would be brand new. The washed out color on the screen is noticeable but you should get used to it as long as you are not looking at your old phone to check all the time. Samsung did add options to adjust this at this point but it's really just a filter over the screen. For some reason this noticeable when you switch tabs on Samsung internet. When you press the new tab you see the original washed out colors for a second then the adjustment filter is applied. Other than that this is a rocking phone. Nice battery, nice 4k screen, nice everything.

I purchased the Samsung 24+ when my old phone broke. The 24+ is a good phone, fast, however, its so different from my other phone. And, because it is a new phone I had trouble finding accessories (ex case).

The product is decent, and I am using it right now and I am happy. However, I am filing a complaint on the bestbuy price guarantee policy. It is 100% cheating, or hit or miss. Here is my story: I Purchased Galaxy S24+ in bestbuy store with cash on 04/20/2024. Then placed another order on bustbuy.com for the same product on 04/22/2024. I noticed a steep price drop, so I conveniently requested a price match via online chat. It was approved with case #: 333859xxx. It was said that i am expecting a mailed check for the difference. I waited till 05/12 and got nothing. So I online chatted with bestbuy.com again for multiple times. They were able to find ALL evidence, but just claimed that the case # was empty. So they refused to do anything, and refused to look at the first approval online chat transcript, which was authentic via [email protected]. Ironically the online chat agent refused see the transcript, refused to solve the issue and refused to escalate this to his/her manager. They just played blind and dumb. This is forced me to seek alternative ways to solve it. I have all receipts, transcripts, and evidence. I feel I need to let people know what kind of integrity they may have to face when they deal with bestbuy.

The Only thing i can say its a great phone no issues

Easy to use, comparable to my old phone. Easy to keep all my old apps and content .

The phone is fun. I haven't learned how to use all of the features yet. I so needed the upgrade going from a Galaxy 8 to 24. My concern is storage, as I believe it relies on my google vs storing pics to the phone which is nearly full.

Battery life last very long, the phone has a very good quality. I am so much in love with the phone

Great phone. Couldn’t ask for a better phone. This was a replacement upgrade phone after years of using Motorola. I still refuse to be an iPhone user and will NEVER buy an iPhone.
