I've been using galaxy phone since S3. Galaxy S24+ has been really great with battery life and camera quality. The display is super bright even in daylight and the AI feature is helpful since I take a ton of photos outside. The design is simple and it matches with any phone cases that I bought. It is definitely lighter than the ultra so my hands don't get tired that easily. I highly recommend this phone to someone who wants to upgrade their old Galaxy or someone who wants to use Android but doesn't know where to start.

Finally upgraded from the Samsung S20, which I was dreading to do because I hated the idea of losing a microSD card for expanded memory. I'm glad I finally made the switch! The camera on this is much better with an easier way to edit photos. I love the over eraser feature. Battery time is much more efficient. I now have less glitches and the refresh speed is noticeable. I use my void to store photos now as to not use too much of my storage. All in all, I highly recommend this cell phone!

I was a Google Pixel phone enthusiast for the longest time and turned my eye away from the likes of Samsung and Apple. However, the Galaxy S24 drew me in with the design and the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. After watching a few reviews online, I decided to take the plunge. I was not disappointed at all! The phone feels premium in the hands. I love the flat screen and the sides, even if it does strike a resemblence to an iPhone. The colors and brightness are amazing with whatever content I am viewing. The battery life is phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and just get this phone!

My "Excellent Condition" Open-Box phone arrived as seen in the photo. When asked, support said they would put through a request to compensate the difference between "Excellent" and "Good"... roughly $25 to which i sadly agreed to. When I called 3 days later, it turns out that was a lie and the previous person never made a request and they couldn't have because that solution isn't possible for open-box. The only solution is to return it at your inconvenience and roll the dice again. For the box, manual, and inserts it is not worth the trouble which is exactly what they hope for. Don't forget about their restocking fees. Beware open-box items. Do not trust their conditions. Do not trust their support. A new phone should be a happy time in your life, not frustration after frustration from a company that doesn't seem to care either way if you come back or not.

I've had the Samsung S24+ for over 6 months. Excellent phone! Although with a screen protector, phone struggles with seeing my fingerprint. Hope a software update will fix that. Battery life is great. My battery last 2 days on a charge. Twice as long as my previous phone. The camera has everything I want & then some Would buy again!
