Bought this on the 1st day that S24 series was available. Even the Samsung reps were in the store! But NOBODY was informed enough to refrain from selling this to us. The manager didn’t even think to check. So the BB dude correctly transferred everything from Galaxy S9+, but guess what? Since Spectrum was also doing product launch promos, they would NOT allow this phone to be put on their network unless you bought it from Spectrum! After 10 days, we had to kick and scream to get it added. Spectrum store people can’t do that. You have to call support from home and threaten cancelling TV/Phone/Internet before they acknowledged that they are the only ones allowed to waive the restriction… not store employees.

Best phone ever and best buy has delivered best service to me personally every single time i buy something eith them i can definitely give 10/10 rating to the best buy. And i will continue to buy every single electronic products from best buy and best buy only. And i am aslo really happy with there amazing saving deals.

This samsung s24 phone is really amazing and i find it even better than iphone15 plus. I initially thought of buying iphone plus or iphone pro max but then came across while scanning through phones from varios brands in bestbuy store. As i used this phone there and compared features and price with iphone plus, the tip of scale moved to samsung s24. It has premium look and feel with high performance and very good battery life. Its been a month now since i bought this phone and quite satisfied with the performance, look and feel, camera, picture quality and ofcourse price. Recommend this phone to anyone who loves android and premium quality.

Awesome value, open box item was as good as new. The phone s24 Plus is the best value of the galaxy phone, it does not come with the extra stuff that you might use once and then forget about it. Meanhwhile it still has most of the fratures that makes it a very competitive phone in the market.

Bought open box one and was 99% perfect. There was a scratch on one of the camera frames. Without that the phone would be brand new. The washed out color on the screen is noticeable but you should get used to it as long as you are not looking at your old phone to check all the time. Samsung did add options to adjust this at this point but it's really just a filter over the screen. For some reason this noticeable when you switch tabs on Samsung internet. When you press the new tab you see the original washed out colors for a second then the adjustment filter is applied. Other than that this is a rocking phone. Nice battery, nice 4k screen, nice everything.

I just received it few days ago. There is no issues so far. The color is really cool and elegant. The picture quality is good. I have been using it for recording and taking picture. The sound quality is really good and the color come out natural. Haven't get a chance to connect the phone service yet. Will update review once I get to use it as a phone. My son likes it too!

I bought this phone as an open box. I only received it a few days ago but so far it works great. I haven't tried out the camera yet so I can't offer an opinion on that. Battery lasts a long time

The Samsung 24+ is an excellent phone. The Geeks transferred all the information from my S9 (I don't upgrade often), making it easy for me as I am not the most tech-savvy person around. The phone is easy to operate and the battery life is great - approximately 3 days.

My son is happy with it. It was his 18th bd present. I got open box so it was reasonable. Picture quality is great. Apps internet is top notch. Violet color is attractive.

Bought it as a birthday present for my significant other , they are in love with it especially the color ! they wish it came in a dark blue , but purple will do just fine

Got the product on time and though it was open box Excellent condition it was like new. So far i am using the phone and sees no issues. Works great, camera is great too.

I love my new phone , i got it for a good price and got a case and screen protector i ordered all online and was able to get all items.picked up from the store in a day!

The phone is great bought it around 2 months ago still getting use to it haven't had any issues with it maybe just the battey life but othere then that display, camera and the add ons it has it nice havent used all or quite need but nice over all great phone

By far the best samsung i have ever owned, i traded in my note ultra, and its 100x better. Battery is amazing

This review is applicable if someone has the snapdragon variant. Basically being 850$ it blows the 930$ iPhone 15 plus away. It has higher refresh rate, higher resolution, 12 GB ram and the fastest smartphone processor in terms of multi core and GPU performance. Only other device that is comparable to this one is Oneplus 12 but that does not assure a flawless OS experience and fast updates like OneUI. I took away one star because the display is a bit grainy in pitch dark condition.

Bestbuy sucks!!! Literally sucks!!! purchased a Samsung s24 plus in February 2.5 months later the phone went completely dead long story short bestbuy told me there were nothing they could do about it referred me to Samsung, bestbuy sells refurbished phones at full retail price (BE AWARE!!!)

I hate the tones. The tones are trash. In 2024, we deserve something fancy and appealing. No pressure sensitive screen and lack of pen support. No magsafe technology. Not enough developers for accessories (cases, secree protectors, etc)

I absolutely love my phone from the moment I purchased it and the shipping process was excellent, I received it in perfect condition on a very timely manner. I will continue to make big purchases at Best Buy Because they have the best prices compared to other stores and the best service.
