The only problem I had is you did not have it at the store in Coolsprings. The salesman told us that he could have it shipped to us the next day. We were expecting it next day and ended up not getting the phone until 5 days later. When you tells someone they will get it next day you need to make sure they can get it by next day.

It was easy to transfer my information from one phone to the new one. It was easy to change settings to my preferences. The ice blue color is nice.
