Great purchase at a great price, im glad i bought it when i did, saved myself $200!! Camera could be a little better but its perfect for a starter phone for my daughter

Bought the phone for my mom and works extremely well is snappy and fast and is not to big.

I got myself this phone after having a very old one. This phone is amazing and has a built-in stylus.

I bought this phone for my sister as a birthday gift. She love it . She said it’s ’my Best phone ever!” I’m happy that she likes it. She said the camera is very good, the display quality is excellent and the battery life is okay. I am excited that she is enjoying the phone.

It's overall an improvement to my old S8 active phone since it's quite old after all. Everything is quite nice and fast with barely any need to get used to the phone if you're familiar with Samsung phones. The only thing I really hate and prevented me from getting newer phones is really the removal of the headphone jack. I hate that. Overall, got this as a replacement since old phone is too slow and broken. It's pretty good so far, no scratches or anything even without a screen protector. It's quite good.

Excellent battery life, great screen quality and vibrant colors.

Runs well when it doesn't have one of it's oddball issues. The most annoying of which is a strange bug I can't seem to find online (Ironically because apparently the Ultra and Plus have even MORE issues than this phone, flooding out the search results) where the display "freezes" but is still functioning completely normally, it just doesn't show you what's happening. The only way I've been able to temporarily fix it is to lock and unlock the phone again 1-3 times. It's full of bloatware out of the box, and Samsung desperately wants to be Apple. I miss my Pixels but I can't argue that the build quality on the Galaxy phones is much higher, even if they are massively overpriced. It's built in camera app is GARBAGE. I get better pictures from $250 phones from 6 years ago. The sad part is that it's a fine sensor, their software is just awful. Oh, another fun quirk of this phone is that they often let you turn certain features off, but not actually. For instance, I turned off auto-brightness adjustment for the display, but sometimes I can literally see my display getting brighter or darker based on ambient light. It doesn't happen as frequently with the setting disabled, but it shouldn't be happening at all. The same thing goes for post-processing in the stock camera app. You can dig through the menus and disable everything, but take a picture and watch as after a few seconds the post-processing "pops" in, washing out all the colors in the image, and simultaneously over-softening and over-sharpening the image. Samsung, I know by trying to be the Apple of Android you're catering to the lowest common denominator. But if I'm going through the effort to dig through the menus to tweak my settings, let me do what I want. I don't have an iPhone for a reason.

Its grate Phone my mom love it because it really easy to use.

This phone is great for the price, It was easy to order online and came right to my door step in 2 days. Great experience from best buy and will consider them for all my electronic needs!!

Mil (from 304 Bloomingdale best buy) did really well in explaining the quality of the phone and brought up many other phones that can be alternate options. He communicated well and helped me choose a phone that I really love. This phone has excellent camera quality and reacts well to the touch.

Very worth the money. Comfortable to hold and carry, picture and display quality is great. Charges super fast! Its impressive. Definitely recommend

Not a huge upgrade over the last couple generations, but there wasn't much to improve upon anyway. The 4 star is because the camera was not focusing well and over processing pictures out of the box, but between reducing processing and I'm guessing updates to the camera app, the problem is fixed now.
