    Honestly this phone is worse than my S10. Camera is great but what good is it if I can't share those moments with others because of the pixelation? It's terrible. Very much regret this purchase.

    Best Buy policies

    Happy with the phone, not happy with Best Buy. Purchased the phone with the promise of an $80 trade-in. Picked up at Best Buy UTC. and took the phone to Verizon to transfer the data. At the advice of Verizon, I waited a few days to be sure all of the data transferred then returned to Best Buy to trade in the old phone. Nobody knew anything of trading in a phone. A "manager" then told me I had to trade in the phone when I picked up the new phone. His response was it is in on the website then proceeded to ask me to leave which I happily did and plan not to return.Besy

    This phone has more issues than my Galaxy S8+ did. It isnt allowing all my texts to be received or delivered. No matter what I do, I can't stop a text to voice function stop from coming up, even if it stoos temporarily after I tyrn it off. I'm not fetting pop up notifications for texts. I could go on and on. The only benefit to sticking with thus line is that I'm already generally familiar with how it works.

If you are having trouble sending or receiving text messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. Other times, iMessage may still be enabled if you just switched from an iPhone, which could make texts get stuck in limbo. Please take the opportunity to check out, "Messages on Samsung phone are slow, do not send, or cannot be received" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. Without having more information available regarding what you may be experiencing with your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I recommend contacting Samsung Support if you would like any further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting your device. For example, the camera uses AI Zoom to take better zoom photos. You can use AI to edit images, like Generative Edit, which can fill in backgrounds and move, resize or erase objects. Live Translate lets you communicate in other languages over the phone. You are able to disable or only allow on-device processing for the AI features. There is also a "master switch" to disable all cloud-based processing for the Galaxy AI features. Settings->Advanced Features->Galaxy AI. When you want to take a picture, your camera should focus on a subject when you touch it on the screen. If Tracking Auto-focus is on, your camera will be locked to that person or item for 3 seconds. Because it is focusing on one thing, it may seem like the camera is not focusing on the entire scene. This can be prevented by turning off Tracking AF. Cleaning the camera's lens will also help. Take a moment to review, "Galaxy phone or tablet camera does not focus on the subject" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your camera.     Samsung S24+ trade in amount 600$ not received

    Worst Experience with Best Buy, I bought this item in the store and the order number is 0501 068 3970 102524 and i didn't receive the coupon or promo gift card of 270$ as they promised. I went to store 3 to 4 times now and they are not able to fix this issue and spoke to customer service and still they are not able to get the trade in amount. this is really frustrating and i trust Best Buy for the promotions in the future.

    Samsung phone was supposed to arrive 4-16-25. Still not here as of 4-25-25. I don’t want a refund, I want the phone. If you refund my money I will lose the price pre-tariffs.

    Phone was not carrier unlocked. Received at store and even the store was confused how it was sold to me by the website when it was not an unlocked phone.

    The phones software for Cricket is a joke. Software is hard to follow and use compared to previous version.

    Upgraded from an S22+ and I'm definitely loving it. This phone is gorgeous and is very VERY quick. I always use Natural so I could care less about the Vivid option not working at the moment, even tho a fix is coming.

    The Samsung Galaxy S24+ with Galaxy AI is easy to use and it translates when you have a hard time writing correctly. It gives you choices for different types of writing, like professional, casual, social, polite, and even emojify. I was in an accident and have difficulty writing notes and letters, but the app helps me tremendously. I can write the general idea and this corrects my writing style as well as spelling and grammar. I can remove some objects in a picture sometimes, the Ultra allows it all the time. The magic eraser allows you you to remove objects sometimes. Thank you Carla and Hailee at Best Buy in New Braunfels, Texas for recommending this phone. Hook 'em, Horns!!

    I love this phone so much the space is amazing i have 50 games and it isnt breaking a sweat. My only complaint is its so heavy and all my friends are jealous. The camra is the best i have seen. Take a pic of ur eye with flash in portrait mode and it takes incredibly good photos. I recommend

    Speaker, esp on speaker phone, sounds like 2 tin cans & a string. "What? What did you say - I can't understand you!" I've been a diehard Samsung buyer for decades, & I can honestly say this is the most expensive & worthless phone I've ever purchased. Literally trash speaker, & I'm not downloading a 3rd party program to fix a very basic requirement on any phone. Samsung reeeeally messed up on the s24 Plus! Returned & went back to an old s10.

    Look elsewhere

    Unfortunately this phone does not live up to the $1000 price tag. I thought i was upgrading from the s21 ultra to the 24+. Boy was i wrong, the camera quality is wayyyy worse, the feel is cheap, the edges are uncomfortable and lots of accidental touches. No waterproof cases for phone. Ai work sometimes and the speakers are pretty bad compared to ogher phones.
