I would have given it 4½ rating if it was possible. This is because of the gap between the camera of the 24+ and 24 ultra. I love to play games and this phone has been fantastic, battery life topnotch serving a while day even as I'm playing my onscreen game. Also, the AI features and live translation is a game changer. Good cameras, Big screen, Smooth software, I love this phone. The screen can get mirco scratches easy so put a screen protector on as soon as possible.

Bought this on the 1st day that S24 series was available. Even the Samsung reps were in the store! But NOBODY was informed enough to refrain from selling this to us. The manager didn’t even think to check. So the BB dude correctly transferred everything from Galaxy S9+, but guess what? Since Spectrum was also doing product launch promos, they would NOT allow this phone to be put on their network unless you bought it from Spectrum! After 10 days, we had to kick and scream to get it added. Spectrum store people can’t do that. You have to call support from home and threaten cancelling TV/Phone/Internet before they acknowledged that they are the only ones allowed to waive the restriction… not store employees.

The phone is great. I've been using Samsung phones for a while. I was upgrading from a S22 plus. The only reason I gave this review a 3 star instead of a 5 star is I was not allowed transfer my data before trading my old phone back in to best buy. I should have ordered it for delivery instead. Then I could of tranferred my data and traded in phone. My problem is, if I can order it for delivery then turn old phone in, I also should be able to pick phone up, then bring old phone back to store. If I don't, then I don't get the trade in value. What is so complicated about that. Besides that, great phone.

Great phone. Couldn’t ask for a better phone. This was a replacement upgrade phone after years of using Motorola. I still refuse to be an iPhone user and will NEVER buy an iPhone.
