The phone is lightweight and has a great display. Coming from an iPhone I was surprised on how light it felt on hand. The battery is not the best, but it does charge pretty fast. One thing I do not like is the fingerprint scanner response with a screen protector. When it works it is perfect but at times it can become unresponsive and there is nothing that can make it work. You just have to wait for it to start functioning again on its own. Overall a great phone with an amazing display, good camera and a better UI than pixel in my opinion.

Ive had my s24 plus for about a year. The battery life is great but if you turn on the gps location for maps it burns true the battery fasyer. If you dont turn it on the batter pretty much last me all all day. The memory size is pretty great. I still havent filled the 512 gb limit even with all the apps i have on it. The phone hasn't slowed down at all since i got it. I would recommend it. I upgraded from an s22 plus to this phone and it was worth it.

I wasn't planning on getting a new phone after my S22+ suddenly died. But the 24+ is fast, and i upgraded for loads of memory, fair batterylife.. Great camera. Samsung eliminated the SD card so that is a downside. Also, some bloatware. Overall its a good phone.

Nice features all around. Easy to use after setup. Battery life is great to. Bluetooth is nice to. Good sound. Excellent screen size and resolution. Slim and light. Like the camera. Looks real nice. Get one if you can.

It's been nearly 10 years that I used and owned a Samsung phone (it was Galaxy S5 and first Android phone that I owned). From an iPhone 13 Pro Max to Samsung Galaxy S24+ was a very good decision, due to having connection issues from the 13 Pro Max and Lightning Port didn't want to charge. So I was on a fence to get either S24+ or 24 Ultra, and I decided to go with the S24+. Reasons why because I don't use the S-Pen to not wanting a bigger and heavy phone. So I bought the S24+ and I have a lot of positive things that the phone has. The cameras are extremely well to battery life being good (despite the April patch from Samsung having a battery draining bug). Plus, having an amazing 1440p 120 Hz LPTO display looks incredible. And having 12GB of RAM makes this phone so snappy and doesn't lag at all. Overall, definitely worth getting it. Especially if you don't care about the S-Pen and titanium frame that the S24 Ultra have. Plus, this is a good phone to transition from iPhone (iOS) to Android.

I have upgraded from s22plus which was getting a bit slow. I love sleak design. Performance wise s24plus is fast amd reliable. Battery can last me 1.5 day with normal usage.

My Samsung S24 plus is an excellent phone with great cell phone connectivity that beats the iPhone easily. The battery life is great after you give the phone about a week to get used to your usage habits and this phone charges really fast. This phone is easily a two day phone, no doubt. Coming from a One Plus phone, this phone has better AI, screen brightness, size and convenience that other phones. This one is the middle child sandwiched between the S24 and S24 Ultra but gives you everything but the S Pen and squared corners of the S24 Ultra. This phone is better if you can find it on sale.

Im biased. Im writing this review with this phone. Was gifted. Best samsung ive had yet and service for years to come. Ive lways had ultras but with the sinilair specs this comes co.pared to the ultra nowadays its perfect. Only like 2 or 3 features missing. A barely smaller screen, no 200mp camera (video is still the same), and the pen. Thats literally it. The difference is that this phone doesnt have sharp edges! Its smooth. Love it!

Battery life is biggest surprise. Screen is good, weight feels good, power and speed are good. It does what it's supposed to do, and it outdoes itself on battery life.

I love my Samsung S24+! I honestly cannot say better things about this phone. Seriously. Every day I am blown away at the features this phone has. Every day I learn something new about my phone overall a wonderful experience. Cannot say enough good things about this phone. I have recommended it to every person I know, even to Apple users. Apple just can't compete where it doesn't compare! Respectfully haha. Thank you Best Buy, this is the best phone purchase I've made ever! Samsung has once again delivered a reliable device. I exchanged my Note 20 Ultra for this model at Best Buy, and both the trade-in process and customer service were excellent. The design closely resembles that of the leading competitors. However, I must deduct one star due to the absence of a wall charger.

I LOVE my new phone, it has 512g storage . The last one I had if I wanted to add an app I had to take one off, also the battery life is real good. I can listen to music from my local radio station though im 3000 miles from home right now. It takes beautiful pictures. Great phone all around.

I am shocked by the way BB manager(David Garcia) treated me at Woodland Park store. I had to return my Samsung Galaxy S 24 plus because the screen was blurry and " washed" and the speaker was malfunctioning. I contacted Samsung tech support several times but they were unable to help me. This phone was returnable until September 16th 2024 and I came to the store with my return on September 13th 2024. My receipt does NOT show any information about restocking fee but they charged me $ 45- decision of manager David Garcia. I am retired person of low income and I think I was mistreated by this store manager -Mr. David Garcia. I picked up this smartphone at BB Woodland Park NJ and I returned it to the same location after 11 days. I had no problems with Best Buy Stores before - now I will think twice before making any purchase. Andrew S.
