It is an improvement overall from previous generations. I personally like the square screen and non-curved edge is a plus because I broke my S22 screen because of its curved edge (I had protective cover, but the edge was not covered because it's curved up). The face recognition is a real mess though. It fails to recognize half the time, and most apps still only have fingerprint option. The face recognition is basically an option to unlock, but even that doesn't work half the time. When it doesn't work, I won't get fingerprint option, so I had to type in password all the time (Better off just get rid of face and rely on fingerprint only)

good battery life, great camera! it looks sharp in a leather case with hidden ring

I've had this a couple years now and no major issues. The screen froze a handful of times but just powered off and everything back to normal . Finally after a long wait the new update came out and it was worth the wait. Works even better. Got the bugs out.

I am incredibly impressed with how smooth this S24 Ultra feels in animations and speed. It is on par with the iPhone but with the open end that we Android users love. Would rate five stars, but it doesn’t have expandable storage, so 4 stars.

First let me say that picked up my phone on 1/31/24, & I really loved it for a while. I had the S22 Ultra 512GB prior to buying the S24 Ultra 1TB. I've had Samsung phones for so long, it's hard to recall the last phone I had that wasn't a Samsung. With the exceptiotion on 1 & 7, I've had every Note phone & reluctantly bought my S22 Ultra. I was happy with it until ¼" of the top R-corner was blacked out after an upgrade & was told it couldn't be repaired so BestBuy refunded my money. For the last few upgrades, even before the One UI 7, many things wouldn't be working & after googling I'd find I had to go change settings that I had never even changed at setup. After the "Big" update & everyone update since, I can't hear the caller but they can hear me, I was able to turn the "audio back on" under Bluetooth previously, but it's on & turning it off & back on doesn't work. Also the Samsung Email app constantly freezes. I actually prefer this app to Gmail's because it's a lot like outlook & it's easy to add additional email accounts to. I'm fortunate to have doged the "No Bluetooth S-Pen Bullet" on the last software update because Samsung feels people don't use the button for the camera, skip to next music track/song, preview messages etc. They keep taking away our S-Pen features, which is why people purchased the Note series to begin with. Maybe the reason Samsung is getting feedback that their customers aren't using these features is because they've already lost many of their Note customers after deciding to minimize it buy adding it to a lineup of multiple "S" series. I know before Microsoft was added to their phones, a lot of people, myself included, bought Docs to Go by DataViz & the S-Pen was a great tool for PowerPoint presentations. Between the constant app glitches, settings issues & no future Bluetooth for the S-Pen, I'm not sure if Samsung will be my next phone.

One of the best phones that i ever used i do photo editing and videos, gym, videos and YouTube videos. This one of the best phones that I ever had best quality picture and videos guys dont think twice.

The phone takes perfect quality pictures with high resolution. I primarily used it at work to take pictures related to quality control when products had small defects from manufacturing. Camera has a great ability to produce images even the smallest defect can be recorded/picturesed in great detail.

One of the best phones that I have ever used. The features functionality and flexibility are more compared to the apple ecosystem. There's nothing that could beat the Samsung manufacturing in thought process. Oh, for making it a beast Loved it to the heart

Been a Samsung customer since the S5. The Ultra does the job and the videos and photos are stunning. I wish the battery life was better but you have to realize that this phone is basically like having a full blown PC in your pocket! No joke! Another great phone from Samsung! Plays HD music like you would not believe your ears!
