    Lost my order for a cell phone and it was a nightmare experience. Couldn't cancel the order so the phone was activated but lost. I was helpless in this ordeal and received no help to resolve the issue Only got transferred to different departments over and over.

    This is not as much of an upgrade over the 22 as I thought it would be. I usually skip a generation - and did this time. Good phone but not mindblowingly better as the 22 was over the 20
