    Same ol' Samsung Reset

    In the past I've have issues with Samsung devices rendonly resetting to the extent that some have done so then went black with no return. Within tbe first 5 hours this phone on a call on speakerphone decided to power cycle itself. I had already checked for all updates and such and there was none. So with that concern it was retured the same day.

    I purchased a brand new phone from Best Buy and had it set up in-store by a salesperson. However, the screen died after only one week of use.

We have an article available online to help you with the temperature of your device titled "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature". You can also go in to the settings of your device and under display, you can adjust the refresh rate from standard to adaptive that will increase this and help with the slow down during your more intense gaming times. The Pro Mode feature in the Camera app gives you control over your photos and videos. You can manually adjust settings like ISO, shutter speed, and exposure levels, use filters, and manage white balance for different lighting conditions.     By Far the Best Cell Phone I've Owned

    My S24 Ultra by far the best cell phone i've ever owned. The camera quality is beautiful and the processor is lightning-speed fast. The display is also bright and does not have glare like all other cell phones in the market. I give this phone two thumbs up and 100 percent recommend it. Everyone I have come accross with these new phones have raved about the quality and performance.

    How to loose 1000$ without getting a product

    Product was never delivered. Best Buy never provided refund or replacement for lost package.it’s interesting I have been asked to write a review. One of the worst experiences. Never bothered to help customer concern.

    The phone doesn't work and I tried to return it and it says I can't return it. They only gave me 10 days to return it.

    Samsung just set new standard

    So far so good. The screen clarity compared to my iPhone 14Pro is incredible. It’s the fastest phone I’ve ever owned, and by a long shot. From the time you press power button until you’re on YouTube is about 10seconds. The single most mind blowing features are the cameras. It’s probably more accurate to call this device “an incredible array of cameras, with a computer function attached.” Whatever you call it, there is no way you will be disappointed with this, as I have owned iPhones going back to the iPhone 3, and have also been using the Google 5, 6, and now Google 8+ for work and I’m not sure which I love more. I just know they’re both far better than what Apple is offering us these days. Those who know, are using Android anyway. “If you don’t know….you better aks somebody”

    Very disappointed in this phone. It maybe that's its the 5G that's failing me. I miss my note 8. I wouldn't buy this phone and I don't recommend this phone.
