It feels "hard" to use and the new Android update makes it even worse. Settings don't stay set, fingerprint lock is horrendous and this model has made me think, iPhone. Yikes.

Whenever BB employees can eat donuts ,drink juice and take personal calls and text anything they are setting up someone's phone , they're in the wrong place. Especially when that young lady didn't want me to asked her any questions about the phone.

I pre-ordered a S24 Ultra, was never notified that it arrived at the store. Then when i checked at the store, was told I had 30-days to make the service change over. When I went in to get tue phone i was given a runaround with the Geek Squad and made an appointment. Then waited an hour for my appointment, only to have to go back to the phone area and wait again. Then to be told my phone was returned after only 4 days and my deal on my S24 was no longer valid. The staff was argumentative and not helpful at all! Finally got a manager to basically refund me, but will not be back to Best Buy anytime soon!

Love having the pen, can scriple notes when needed plus I can "write" my texts with pen! I have more to discover still but so far im happy. I do wish the battery lasted longer..

There is some updates that need to be done that will hopefully fix the issues with certain apps. The screen even on QHD+ isn't as vivid. The gestures changed. I want to like this but I need a phone that works.

I pre-ordered the phone the day pre-orders were available 10 days after the release i still dont have a phone. It kept getting delayed but my store had them instock for anyone to come in off the street to buy one but couldnt use one to fulfill my order.
