Nice upgrade from s23 ultra not really much of a difference

The phone itself is really solid. It feels good when you're holding it, the screen is nice and bright. However for $1300-$1400 the camera quality is horrible! Some photos come out "nice" and others just don't make the cut. This should not be happening on a phone that cost so much. It should be point and shoot and that's it! Nope! You have to make sure the phone didn't get blown out in some areas or something is way too blurry. My opinion! Yes the AI is cool, for now, until Samsung starts charging to use it. Then the S24 line ups will just be a mid phone that struggles in the camera department and in the fingerprint reader department! Yes it works, but only without a screen protector!

im still learning and so far i like it. It has good features the only thing i wish it had is the camera of the s21 and the colors hope the make the upgrade fast. but is a Samsung so that means they know what they are doing hope you like it too try it i recommended i have samsungs all my life

I bought this as an open item. Overall the experience was disappointing to say the least. I had purchased this phone 2 weeks prior and for no reason at all my order was cancelled and customer service did not help and had no answers. Not even the supervisor. I took it upon myself to reorder it, Again, it is an open box. The phone still had the previous owners phone numbers in the memory. Aside from that I kept having trouble with the phone, people couldn't hear me at times, it was slow, the battery would take forever to charge, the pictures came out blurry, Overall, I was disappointed, and I am returning it. My old phone Samsung Note 9 still works better than this one. I would have them side by side and my old phone was faster and better.

It was easy to place the order and when i picked it up the workers there were really nice and helpful.

O purchased a Samsung S 24 Ultra. Its amazing. I love shopping at Best Buy.

this was a hard to find item fr my daughter who is a picture taking nut. She loves the new phone!

So far , have had a few weeks , mostly good except all the time spent to change phs and setting up the way you want.

Can not imagine moving out of S series. Bought all three previous versions from Best Buy.
