With the A51, I was having issues due to not enough RAM, and this phone is much better in that respect. I really like that this phone supports Wifi 6. It has made accessing the internet much faster. While I haven't used the camera/video feature much, what use I have had, it functions great.

After a few months, I switched back to Samsung, this time S24 Ultra. Love the phone in general and new AI features. I do like the square corners; personal preference. Still trying to figure out camera settings to better suit my needs. Camera on Pixel phone is still slightly better I think. I shipped the Pixel phone as trade-in. It never arrived at the trade-in center; I think it's lost or stolen. It's very hard to get support. online chat asked me to call; called the techsupport and he asked me to email trade-in center; emailed trade-in but haven't heard back. I just need my trade-in money back. ugh!

I've been a loyal user of Samsung for 25 years, and wouldn't consider buying another brand. The ease of settings up personal information, apps etc. is very user friendly.

Not too big of a fan of AI assistance, but its great if you love it. Phone is not too big. Removed 1 star because the removed the SD card option. Great camera.

She is not very good with technology. Well, this cellphone motivated her to watch reviews and learn tricks on her new phone. She loves taking photos and videos. 24Ultra is great.

The flat screen is different but it makes it easier for conpanies to make better cases and screen protectors. The Ai is cool when you use it. Camera does seem to process faster and have a little more clairty in the photos. Would recommend if a samsung user.
