Excellent cell phone and excellent customer service.

Let me start by stating that this is an amazing phone. The phone reaponse is fast. Most of the features integrated with the phone are amazing. No more downloading extra apps to do editing on your pictures. I love it!

Basically this is the same thing as the Note 20 Ultra 5G. Approximately the same screen size with slightly upgraded specs without the curved edge screen!! Everything has been great so far !!

This phone is not worth the price sold for. It just froze on me a few hours ago and I can't restart nor able to use it. Thank God I have a spare phone to use. That's what I am using presently. Samsung made a few updates to it since I bought it about a year ago. Those updates, in my opinion, screwed things up. It's less user friendly after those updates. Disappointed!
