    So far so good. I got this gift as a upgrade for the pops. He deserved it. Had one 5 yrs ago. Can't beat Android and especially Samsung!

    I like it a lot, but the camera doesn't seem special to me. The Gemini's intelligence never responds well, and the real-time translation function for listening or speaking is very poor. It translates anything else. I expected more.

    Love it! Just needed an upgrade to the 23fe i had .. and my phone place didnt hsve these out yet, so went to BB to purchase it.

    Used this phone for a couple months. Camera is great and apps run smooth. Eventually, the haptic vibrator, speaker, and charging port quit working. Never dropped or got wet. Unsure what caused these issues to happen all of a sudden.

    It seems like a great phone. I wish I would have bought a simpler phone…as a 72 yr old I do not use half of the capability.

    Title: Disappointed – Phone Died Within a Week

    I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S25 from Best Buy on July 11. Right from the start, it had trouble turning on and would automatically reset itself. By the 8th day, it completely stopped working. The phone overheated, and I'm not even sure what caused it. I had no choice but to return it today. Very disappointed, especially considering it’s a brand-new device. I expected better performance and reliability from Samsung.

    The camera did not work soon after I purchased the open-box item. BB staff conducted a diagnostics check and there were error codes. So, defective. BB staff made every effort to make me whole and I currently have a 25+.... so far so good.

    Even though it was checked out by BestBuy Geek Squad, it would only charge to 4%. BB then ordered replacement which BB then cancelled a few hours later with no explanation. What a big waste of time dealing hours with BB Chat and ultimately getting nowhere. Do not trust BB Certified Open Box. BB made it my problem to solve their problem. At one point, I was told to drive 30 miles to exchange it. Never again!

    Not impressed. It looks exactly like an iph and now with the samsung updates it operates like an iph. I miss my old ph.

    If I could give this phone a negative 20 stars I would. I've had this phone for a couple of weeks bought it brand new over $800 and it no longer is working. No one can hear me unless I use a Bluetooth headset. I called best buy, and they said call Samsung cause the return window is only a few days. Horrible experience and a waist of almost $900. Samsung will send me a refurbished phone. This a total scam.
