Like the build quality and look of the phone. Picked up when on sale after my Pixel screen started dying. Not a fan off all the forced Samsung bloat that takes precedent over the Google apps I was using for everything before. Now information is split in two locations and getting prompts to use their versions of apps with way to remove them.

Like the size of the phone. Features are easy to use, great pictures

Cannot sufficiently express my gratitude to employees of BB (Carmel/Westfield Indiana) who guided me through the process of selecting a new phone replacing an ancient & crashed Samsung. The individuals answered questions from a techno-novice, walked me thru the various features, and spent time educating me sufficiently, allowing me use of the device afterwards. These employees were professional & kind. Might return to the store and offer to be a substitute Grandmother!

Samsung's are my favorite, so I'm probably biased. I think it's a great phone. I have never had any trouble with the the Galaxy phones.

So far, this phone has been incredible! I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S21 to this S25 and the jump in battery improvement, facial recognition, and the use of AI has prgessed much more than expected in the 3 years between.

After i changed carriers my old phone did not support the new features that were available. The carrier wanted to charge $80 more for a newer phone even though i said that Best Buy had a much better price. So Best Buy here i come. Once i received the sim card i started using my new phone. There were many features with this newer phone and i spent a week customizing it for the way i use my phone. Now i have a current phone on a new carrier network and i get the best service with that combination. Make sure you get the newest phone available since carriers are adding so many useful features.

Bought this for my sister. She is loving it (& yes, she would be honest). Battery life is excellent. Screen is crisp & easy to see (she is somewhat visually impaired) & she hasnt enabled visual enhancement. She loves the Gemini for more in depth explanations than Google has to offer. She is quite smitten with this phone

I am very happy with the Navy Blue S25. It feels so comfortable in my hand. It responds very quickly to all my needs, & the display is beautiful. Recommended!

I really needed an upgrade for my cell phone. My old phone was constantly needing to be charged and it would drop my calls about a minute into them. The only things I don't like about this new model is that you can't get in to have the battery replaced and the sleekness of the phone's exterior makes it slippery to hold. I don't know what I can do when the existing battery will need replacement. I was in the audience of a service the other day and I heard a notification chime. But I found I was able to go into Settings and find a Do Not Disturb option in there that was very clear, and it let me set a time frame for it! Overall this phone has been great for me, and I'm so glad I found it on sale.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 has been a good replacement for Nokia X100 cell phone. Everything about the phone has been a step up across the board in comparison to my previous phone with the exception of the screen size. The new screen was a bit smaller than my old phone, but I prefer the smaller size for what I use it for and how I carry it.

What an Amazing phone with so many features! I was way overdue on giving up my old Samsung S10e and I'm thrilled to have this newly released S25! My camera photos are so much clearer, & captures sporting events with no blur images!

I love this phone! It's functions so smoothly and works so well. I'm so grateful that I got it this black friday. The texting, video, and gaming on it is top notch. It's already had a couple of updates too which don't take long at all. Highly recommend.
