Have been using this phone (S25) for about 3 ish months now, I haven't had any issues with it as of yet. Happy with my purchase, and it's durable compact size. I do recommend the purchase if you've got the money laying around, or are trying to build credit like me.

There was no bubble wrap inside the box at all.
When I placed the order, it said the item could be shipped the next day, but it ended up arriving 7 days later.
I’d recommend buying from another website instead.

The information transfer from my previous phone took several hours. I felt I could have been better guided by the store representative. The Supervisor stayed with me after the store closed and that was comendable but the service was nothing like what I experienced before.

Do NOT trust BestBuy "Open Box Excellent"!!

Even though it was checked out by BestBuy Geek Squad, it would only charge to 4%. BB then ordered replacement which BB then cancelled a few hours later with no explanation. What a big waste of time dealing hours with BB Chat and ultimately getting nowhere. Do not trust BB Certified Open Box. BB made it my problem to solve their problem. At one point, I was told to drive 30 miles to exchange it. Never again!
