I dud notice that after trabsferring my information from the okd ohine, that a few of my contact picures has been deleted. Bummer. I was able ti retrieve a couple but not all.

I had the option of choosing a carrier since the phone was unlocked. The reviews on the phone were accurate the features, the camera and the AI technology make the phone worth owning.

The sales people are very friendly and patient, especially Mr. David. I am very happy for my experience in the store. For the new phone I am very satisfied with its excellent performance and fast response. Thank you very much.

The battery life on the S25+ is much better - ~30% at the end of the day. I purchased a Spigen Spigen Rugged Armor MagFit case, which I would highly recommend. These new phones are slippery! The Best Buy experience was awesome. All data, pictures, and apps, etc. were transferred from my old phone to my new phone. Some apps required a login on the new phone.

Comes with instructions & securely packed in a sealed Samsung box. Brand new, no scratches or any damage. Everything transferred over from my old S10 no problem. Hugs improvement over the old phone.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Samsung Galaxy A14 before this and although it worked well it didn't run so smooth and sometimes it was even unresponsive, so after I got the S25+ I noticed a huge quality upgrade in terms of camera quality, refresh rate, and responsiveness. It is on the pricey side being over 1,000 dollars, but if you have the money and haven't upgraded in a while I would recommend.

I love it, my only drawback is I can't figure out how to use all the extras. Most times it is very fast, very durable and a comfortable hold for me anyway. SO many updates, why I don't get it. It changes stuff when the updates finish. On this one you cannot stop it. My old one i could choose what updated. I still love it though.
