Worst experience I've had. My phone arrived in a small bag with no protection at all. I paid $1,812 for this phone. You guys can't have it shipped in a box with protection?? The charger is not working and now it's stuck in the phone. Horrible experience. Never ever order a phone through best buy. They don't care about how your phone arrives. If they really cared they would have an $1,800 phone shipped in, at the very least in a box.

After one month with the S25 Ultra 1TB, I'm blown away. The display is stunning—bright, sharp, and perfect for media. Performance is flawless thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite, and the 1TB storage is a dream for content creators like me. Battery lasts all day, cameras are top-tier (especially zoom and night shots), and AI tools like Generative Edit and Audio Eraser are surprisingly useful. The titanium frame feels premium, and the software is smooth with 7 years of updates. Pricey, yes—but absolutely worth it for power users.

Package arrived late. Not only did it arrive late, it arrived empty. No phone in the box. Its been over a week and I still havent recieved a replacement phone, a phone call saying whats going on. I will never use Best Buy again for high dollar purchases.

After a week of waiting for my phone i received an open box with the phone missing out of his box. My fiancee signed for it seconds before she noticed the box being altered. So don't order this phone to be delivered to your house!!! (FedEx) Might take longer but get it in the store! Also with the trade in. Do it in-person in the store! I did made a claim with best buy. I can't make it with FedEx because I'm not the shipper.

Ontrac worker stole my phone and put a walkie takie in the box. Put tape on the box after their own label was put on.Didnt even ask for a signature. Just threw my box on the porch and left. Been going back and dorth with bestbuy. They refuse to give me my money back. I disputed it with my credit card cmpany.Dont order anything to your home.

Phone storage is amazing, lots of soace for pictures, videos, and apps. High quality, with lots of different features. The S pen is a cool accessory that is very useful. Pictures and videos come out beautifully.

Great specs, Great Cameras, Great memory, Very good battery. If you are a tech enthusiast, like to have tons of pictures on your phone, or move large amounts of data this is the phone for you. If you watch videos a lot, the active screen size is actually larger than the Fold 7. The total screen size on the fold is larger, but it is not 16:9. With a movie playing the S25 screen has more active screen with no black bars wasting space

My S22+ got slammed to the ground but I'm actually not mad because, even though it's expensive, I really wanted this phone. Sleek, full of extras, and an incredible camera. I am excited every day and can't stop showing it off. It was amazing that Best Buy also had the 1T in stock allowing me to get exactly what I wanted.

Flagship phone. Fast, tons of storage. Screen is bright and great. I havent used the stylus as much as i thought i would. Amazing photos.

Love It! Came up from the 21 Ultra, night and day difference. Not digging all the AI stuff, but I'm just an Ole' Country Boy. S-pen nice addition, precise when drawing and writing. Battery life is GREAT! Can run all day, pretty hard, and still have life at the end of day. Overall GREAT Phone! Awesome cameras as well, would put quality well above a lot of other higher costing cameras.

I love my samsung S25 ultra 1tb I had the s21 and definitely I can see this is a way better phone by far in every aspect specially the camera and speed I need the get a case and the hedphones .. I 100% recomed this phone top of the line
