This device has simplified more than one area in my life! The AI tech is useful and the camera capabilities are fantastic!

Worst experience I've had. My phone arrived in a small bag with no protection at all. I paid $1,812 for this phone. You guys can't have it shipped in a box with protection?? The charger is not working and now it's stuck in the phone. Horrible experience. Never ever order a phone through best buy. They don't care about how your phone arrives. If they really cared they would have an $1,800 phone shipped in, at the very least in a box.

After one month with the S25 Ultra 1TB, I'm blown away. The display is stunning—bright, sharp, and perfect for media. Performance is flawless thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite, and the 1TB storage is a dream for content creators like me. Battery lasts all day, cameras are top-tier (especially zoom and night shots), and AI tools like Generative Edit and Audio Eraser are surprisingly useful. The titanium frame feels premium, and the software is smooth with 7 years of updates. Pricey, yes—but absolutely worth it for power users.

Package arrived late. Not only did it arrive late, it arrived empty. No phone in the box. Its been over a week and I still havent recieved a replacement phone, a phone call saying whats going on. I will never use Best Buy again for high dollar purchases.

After a week of waiting for my phone i received an open box with the phone missing out of his box. My fiancee signed for it seconds before she noticed the box being altered. So don't order this phone to be delivered to your house!!! (FedEx) Might take longer but get it in the store! Also with the trade in. Do it in-person in the store! I did made a claim with best buy. I can't make it with FedEx because I'm not the shipper.

Ontrac worker stole my phone and put a walkie takie in the box. Put tape on the box after their own label was put on.Didnt even ask for a signature. Just threw my box on the porch and left. Been going back and dorth with bestbuy. They refuse to give me my money back. I disputed it with my credit card cmpany.Dont order anything to your home.

Improvements vs. previous models are modest. If the gift recipient already has a recent flagship phone (especially from the same brand), the “upgrade feels” may not be dramatic. Someone who uses their phone a lot: multimedia (videos, photos), browsing, apps, maybe even light video work — they’ll appreciate the display + performance + cameras. The Samsung S25 Ultra is a solid flagship phone with an excellent display and good overall performance for daily tasks and multitasking. The camera system takes really nice photos in most situations, though I did notice the zoom can be a bit grainy in low light conditions. Battery life gets me through a full day with moderate to heavy use, which is about what I expected from a phone in this price range. It's definitely a premium device, though I'm not sure everyone needs all the features it offers - but if you're looking for a high-end Android phone, this is an excellent choice.

I’ve been using this phone for a while and I’m really happy with it. The performance is fast, the display looks sharp, and the camera quality is excellent in both daylight and low light. Battery life easily lasts the whole day. Overall, it feels premium and works exactly the way I expected. Worth the price.

This phone has been my daily driver for a good several months and I love it. It's very quick and easy to use. The fingerprint reader works great. There are some minor annoyances with various OneUI updates, but that's not really on the phone itself. The phone is a little large, so I recommend getting a popsocket or something similar to help hold the phone. Also while the build quality is really good, it's a really pricey phone, so I still recommend a phone case for peace-of-mind. Better yet, get a magsafe case so you can get a magnetic popsocket. It's a great phone, though. Stylus works well. Camera is great quality, supports wide angle .5 magnification. This is an awesome choice if you like Samsung.

This phone is a real work horse and the camera is superior to the last phone I had, (S9).the extra 512 memory really helps with the photos on the phone. Fast and reliable.

My S22+ got slammed to the ground but I'm actually not mad because, even though it's expensive, I really wanted this phone. Sleek, full of extras, and an incredible camera. I am excited every day and can't stop showing it off. It was amazing that Best Buy also had the 1T in stock allowing me to get exactly what I wanted.

I love this phone. The camera quality, storage, and technological adavances are great. The battery lasts all day with no charge. I can use my phone for 12+ hours and still be at 40-50 %.

Phone storage is amazing, lots of soace for pictures, videos, and apps. High quality, with lots of different features. The S pen is a cool accessory that is very useful. Pictures and videos come out beautifully.
