My phone is great, however, I was told I would receive $500 trade-in for my phone and now I'm being offered only $100, so I was lied to on my trade-in amount, from Best Buy.

I inquired with the seller to confirm the expected delivery date for the phone, specifically asking if I would receive it by February 7th. The seller assured me that I would. However, today is February 11th, I have yet to receive the phone or any satisfactory explanation regarding the delay, other than “the device is delayed”. I KNOW THAT!!! Iwould appreciate further clarification on when I can expect to receive it.

I finally decided to upgrade my phone. I was tired of taking blurry photos at all of the concerts. It definitely has great features, and with the 1 TB storage, I don't have to worry about hitting my capacity.

great phone when you are not using Xfinity carrier otherwise its snot going to work if its Xfinity. s25 series doesn't support Xfinity provider.
