And the FEDEX delivery was supposed to be a signature upon delivery that was just left on the porch with the box completely smashed. Best Buy representatives quickly remedied the situation though so I am very appreciative, I just will never have a high ticket item delivered again.

My Samsung Galaxy Note 20 died, so I purchased this one. Move all of my data and apps. I use several apps and have 1 TB of storage. But I can see this phone hangs sometimes, I am not expecting this to hang. And after my purchase price went down, but I didn't get a price match, because no agent was available to chat at that time.
