I Love the S models of phones. The large phone with stylists. I got the S25. I very happy with my best buy purchase. My phone carrier stopped selling them so if best buy continue to carry them my husband and I will buy from here

I've been a pixel user since the Pixel 2, and I was looking for something better in the android universe. First off, this is a VERY nice phone. The screen is amazing with the best resolution and refresh rate. The anti-reflective coating is unique and a nice touch. The build quality is top notch and the processor is super fast. The coolest thing was the telephoto lense. The default Samsung keyboard had things I liked, but lacked other things. I found myself going back and forth between the Gboard and default keyboard. In the end, it still was lacking some features I like, despite being highly customizable. For longtime Samsung users, I think it's a great phone and has a great ecosystem too. I liked this phone much more than the iPhone pro 16 I used for a couple weeks. I went back to my pixel before switching to the OnePlus 13. Great phone, it just wasn't for me.

Overall great phone. Battery life on it is awesome as well a fantastic camera. The crew at my best buy location was amazing and very helpfull making sure we got what we wanted and for a good price as well. The year membership to bestbuy was a nice addition. Also my phone case was very nice but yet affordable. 5 stars and overall great shopping experience!!

This is an awesome phone! No regrets. The main screen has a notes/reminder app that is fantastic and easy to use. The camera is the best I've ever seen on a phone. I use it a lot for work. It's fast and has lots of storage capacity. The S-Pen is nice but I don't use it much. The battery life is really good. I can go a couple of days without charging it. Definitely recommend.

Works great, I don't necessarily like the things samsung constantly adds or changes but it is what it is nowadays. Like the pen even if it doesn't get much use, handy when needed. Cameras are nice and the zoom is cool. Nothing crazy different from my last phone, the 21 Ultra, besides battery, so far has been noticeably better. At least it doesn't shove AI down your throat as you can turn off most features you don't need or want.

Decided to give Samsung another chance after the S24 U failed me, just to learn they failed me again with this S25U. Got the 512Gb at a great deal $1099 and wish i could keep it but eventually had to return and i felt such a huge relief of the idea i will no longer be stuck with this phone. The experience was very inconsistent and unpleasant, especially the battery. It was just terrible and gave me terrible axiety everytime i look at the battery and seeing it drops unusually fast every other minute even with light usage and switching off tons of things in setting just to squeezy a little more of it out. Like many others have said, Apps UI is no match to iOS apps honestly. Everything just feels fragmented, outdated, unpolished and inconsistent. Many people might not notice this but to me the experience is everything. Camera was amazing but struggle a lot in low like conditions. Like i got this phone and use its 100x zoom specifically for zooming in shows and concerts but the quality was just terrible compared to a 25x zoom on iPhone. The good things about this phone is mainly its display, customization, and the freedom of Android in general. If you feel like switching from iphone like me, give it at least 2 weeks to see if it truly works for you.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra for a while now, and it has been a great experience. I upgraded from the S21 and this phone is definitely a step up. The camera lenses on this phone are much better, providing excellent video quality even when you zoom in. Performance wise it works like a charm; the apps run smoothly. The AI features are also cool, especially if you like being creative. The downside of course is the cost, these flagship phones are ridiculous in price, this is the only reason the phone is not getting 5 stars.

Former iPhone user since the 2G. Was holding on to my 14pro and see what the 15/16 and now 17 would bring.. decided to jump ship.. no regrets. This is an amazing phone.. should e done it sooner. Matter of fact, sold the MacBook, 14pro, watch and air pods. I'm out of that ecosystem. The first few days was weird, but the more I understood it the easier it got. Love the freedom. Purchases this unlocked to use with Mint and even get better reception.. go figure.

The phone is very capable, I am still learning how to use. Previously I had a Note 9 which is still a good phone, unfortunately there was no more security updates and the Banks locked me out.

This is the phone that you can do everything with. Music, word documents, great picture taking in so much more. Has a super fast processor good amount of memory and Storage. So if you want Ultimate Experience you need to get the ultra.

Excellent experience with this open-box Galaxy S25 Ultra. The phone arrived in perfect condition, looks brand new, and works flawlessly. Amazing performance, beautiful display, and a great value for the price. Highly recommended.

Recently switched from the Z-fold 6 to the S25 ultra. The phone is incredibly responsive and much more comfortable in your hand. The camera captures very detailed photos that seem to be more “true to life” than those of my wife’s IPhone.

Coming from iPhone user for multiple years, decided to give Samsung a chance after having a Note 4 many years ago. I was bored with Apple so I wanted a change. The S25 Ultra is a total powerhouse. One UI7 is similar in ways to iOS, so it wasn't like I was lost. Very customizeable. Super impressed with the screen and the battery life. I use my phone for work and I'm coming home with 20-30% battery life still. I do miss some Apple Ecosystem perks but nothing to where I wanted to return this phone immediately. Will use it for a year or two and see how I truly feel about sticking with Android for the future.

Bought it for my older brother. He loves it. Large and gorgeous screen, really powerful chipset, Still comes with a S-pen. He’s a doctor and loves the feature to take quick notes and then the convenience of storing it away. He also likes the Samsung dex feature, where he can make presentations, read books on a larger screen without having to carry a laptop around.

Excellent replacement for the S23+ that gives me more features and I am familiar in its use. Easy to transfer and setup internet and phone features in no time.

Pretty good, honestly I do really like the screen quality both for the visuals and the feel. Plus this is just a major upgrade for me since I had my last phone for like 7 years lol.
