Very good phone and people are really nice at this location

Decided to give Samsung another chance after the S24 U failed me, just to learn they failed me again with this S25U. Got the 512Gb at a great deal $1099 and wish i could keep it but eventually had to return and i felt such a huge relief of the idea i will no longer be stuck with this phone. The experience was very inconsistent and unpleasant, especially the battery. It was just terrible and gave me terrible axiety everytime i look at the battery and seeing it drops unusually fast every other minute even with light usage and switching off tons of things in setting just to squeezy a little more of it out. Like many others have said, Apps UI is no match to iOS apps honestly. Everything just feels fragmented, outdated, unpolished and inconsistent. Many people might not notice this but to me the experience is everything. Camera was amazing but struggle a lot in low like conditions. Like i got this phone and use its 100x zoom specifically for zooming in shows and concerts but the quality was just terrible compared to a 25x zoom on iPhone. The good things about this phone is mainly its display, customization, and the freedom of Android in general. If you feel like switching from iphone like me, give it at least 2 weeks to see if it truly works for you.

Design (9/10): The S25 Ultra is definitely one of the most stunning phones I've ever used. Its design reminds me of the iPhone 5s. The weight distribution is fantastic, making it feel light in my hand. The placement of the volume buttons and the side button is spot on. That said, there are a couple of things I wasn't a fan of: The fingerprint sensor should have been on the side instead of on the screen. Using the in-display sensor isn't as convenient when holding the phone. Also, it lacks a feature similar to Face ID on the iPhone/iPad, which would have been a great addition. --- Display (9/10): When I first got the device, the screen looked pretty dull, which worried me. But after switching to QHD, changing the wallpapers, and adjusting the brightness over time, the phone seems to have adapted to my preferences. Now, the display is fantastic. Sunlight readability is impressive, even with a screen protector. It's a joy to look at. --- Battery (8/10): Wow! The battery life is amazing! My previous phone lasted a day, but the S25 Ultra gives me 1.5 days with 3.8 hours of screen-on time, and I still had 20% left. This is with adaptive refresh rate + 80% brightness + QHD + Dual SIM + (Data + Wi-Fi) always on. I'm deducting points because the box doesn't include a charger and it doesn't have true fast charging. Fast charging is like a 120 Hz display: you don't realize you need it until you try it. My old phone charged to 45% in 10 minutes and hit 100% in 35 minutes, while the S25 Ultra takes 30 minutes to reach 70%. --- Performance (9/10): The device runs smoothly. However, Chrome does freeze up sometimes, while the Samsung browser works perfectly. I don’t game much or multitask heavily, so I don’t have any major complaints. My experience has been pretty solid overall.

A lot of reviews says this is just a minimal up upgrade. Mayby so, but coming from a S24 Ultra, I can say there is a noticeable difference in speed. All my apps spring to life. Boot up is also much faster. Screen is very easy on the eye even at minimum brightness. Android 15 and One UI 7.0 takes a little bit getting use to. A few functions lacks customize options such as not being able to change the AOD clock. That'll probably change with future updates. The AI stuffs, I don't use too much and Google Gemini can't even set an alarm or calendar. As good as it is, I would not pay $1,300 for this phone. During promotion with a trade in, it's a good deal.

There can be only two main stream brands in the mobile world Apple and Samsung. Remaining brands like pixel, motorola or oneplus may do one or two things better but will not have a maturity and consistency of an apple or a samsung product. I cant say its excellent in any feature but overall the device meets my expectations. UI/Ux are good. Hardware is excellent. Battery life and some unique features like Dex are great. Samsung had made it lighter and thinner compared to the last gen. Overall you can use this for a couple of years and keep trading in every two years as Samsung gives great trade ins. Ive have been upgrading every year with an average of 350$ per year from last five years. Best part about this phone is the trade in deals and DEX.

It's my first time jumping on Samsung S25 phones. Always been an IPHONE person that just got tired of all the restrictions that apple put on its customers. Why did I wait so long to switch. Well, this phone is amazing and easy to move around. This phone really feels like a business phone with so much use. I work in Aerospace and Defense and have to do projects sometimes and this phone has made some good pics.

I upgraded from the S24 Ultra. Probably didn't need to but I'm glad that I did. Samsung ditched the curved screen and went back to flat screens and I love it. That, by itself, made it worth it. I'm sure there's new AI stuff and other features, but to be honest, I only got it because I like that the flat screen just feels better. Doing things on the edge of the screen is so much easier. Totally worth it for me.

I am so happy I bought this phone. No regrets. This Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is the best phone I ever had. It has super clear screen. The camera is amazingly nice and clear too. I had downloaded and installed many apps and yet, opening any app is a speed. The phone has a long battery life and with a fast charger, it only takes less than 30 minutes to fully charge. My best buy ever!

I am a longtime iPhone user and glad I finally switched to the S25 Ultra. So many ways to customize your phone and make it your own. The S Pen is nice when you just need to make a quick note. I feel like Samsung need to get on board and include MagSafe in their phones. Overall a great phone

I upgraded from my s9 + to this and it's amazingly fast and looks better in every way possible. I feel like I just went from my grandparents black and white tv in basement to a 4k. The best buy team loved the nostalgic device I brought in. I was supposed to save 100 getting it it activated in the store too but I forgot to ask about it when I purchased it.

Samsung continues to dominate the Android phone market with the S25 Ultra. Having tried many different Android phones over the years, I came back to the Samsung Galaxy Ultra a few years ago. The power, interface, camera and battery life are unmatched and the S25 Ultra is no exception! Love the new features and continue to be a Samsung Ultra believer.

Love this phone. Allways used buget friendly samung phones to mid range. I came from the A54 5g which was the gate way phone for me. I have love and respect for samsung cell phones. One for every buget unlike other phones. So, when after all these years i finally chose to buy a top flagship phone i made it Samsung. I went from a Note 20 Ultra to a S25 Ultra. I love the size of a big screen phone but I can tell the difference between the quality of the pictures between the both. I bought everything I needed from service plans all the way down to screen protector before I took it out of the box, I purchased the otter box defender for it.
