I went from a Note 20 Ultra to a S25 Ultra. I love the size of a big screen phone but I can tell the difference between the quality of the pictures between the both. I bought everything I needed from service plans all the way down to screen protector before I took it out of the box, I purchased the otter box defender for it.

I am a longtime iPhone user and glad I finally switched to the S25 Ultra. So many ways to customize your phone and make it your own. The S Pen is nice when you just need to make a quick note. I feel like Samsung need to get on board and include MagSafe in their phones. Overall a great phone

I moved from a samsung s21 to the s24 ultra. The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is an impressive phone that continues Samsung's combination of style, performance and features. This is definitely an upgrade coming from a S21 ultra ro this one is a big jump awesome phone great features and it just feels really good on the hand, the battery life is amazing I use it all day and at the end of the day I still have 30-40% of battery life also the camera on this phone is really good, only problem I would say is the S pen not having Bluetooth connectivity, but aside from that its a great phone.

I have absolutely loved this phone, I upgraded from a base Galaxy S23 to this and all I can say is the difference is staggering. The camera is insane as well and the battery life! I used the Samsung SmartSwitch to change everything over to this phone and it was so easy. Changing the service and sim was super easy! I would highly recommend!

Very good phone, but not worth the upgrade from previous year phone. Very minor cosmetic updates and internals, being the biggest the new snapgragon 8 elite and the new wide camera. I can’t really justify the upgrade for the price tag, and I am not even talking about the Bluetooth removal from the s-pen or the existence of the regular s25 line up.

I like most of the features, sleek look and style. The sound quality is excellent and clear. I can use this phone without having to charge it more than a few times a day. This phone also take excellent pictures.

I had not replaced my phone since the S9 Plus so the S25 Ultra took a bit getting use to. After 2 months I learned most of the features thru trial and error and googling I was able to get most features explained. This is not a very user friendly phone if you have not had a samsung before but overall this phone is pretty amazing.

Best Samsung phone to date. I love the AI features integrated into the phone. It's so fast and smooth the camera is fantastic I definitely recommend for anyone who uses their phone for more than just phone calls.

Great Phone, yrs ago I was a galaxy person for yrs, then switched to Apple, stay with them for a few yrs, but got bored ñ. Went back to galaxy and I’m staying with galaxy, fun phone, super duper great camera and has so many things to do with it. Awesome battery too…. In love !!!!

Luv my S25 Ultra. Salesman was patient and knowledgeable. He took care of everything and I walked out happy with my long overdue new phone. All of my phones over the years have come from BestBuy and never had any problems. I highly recommend the N. Olmsted , Ohio store.

Excellent upgrade from my Galaxy S10+, which I only replaced because Samsung/Google were no longer providing security updates for that model. The camera is phenomenal. The phone is fast and never glitches or freezes up.

Love the battery life on this phone. Was happy that this phone was readily available as my other phone broke the day before so I was able to replace my phone without much downtime. I appreciate it the $200 off promotion which allowed me to make my decision pretty quick and coming to Best Buy

This is the best phone I've ever gotten. The ai features and customization it offers is top notch. Been using it non-stop after purchase, I recommend this phone for anyone who is willing to switch brands or try something new.

I recently purchased S25 ULTRA at the best buy store and happy with it. Great discount of $200 at the time. Good features especially the camera and the audio quality.

So I am a Samsung girl.....i had to switch to an iphone for a bit but i was sooo happy once i was able to come back to the Galaxy....i love everything about this phone so nothing is wrong with it in my opinion.

Sleek with nice ring tone, notification alerts and great stylus pen. Icons can be seen together with frequently used ones on easy to get to side bar. Power button is light touch for off and on. Never really dies.

the Samsung - Galaxy S25 Ultra 256GB (Unlocked) - Titanium Black was on my radar for a while, have a great performance, battery last a whole day using it a lot.
