Now that I think it over. .. their support people may qualify for 5 & 1/2 stars.

This phone is just like the note. I had my last note 20 ans was sad that they stopped making notes and i would have to get a Galaxy S but I love it. No different to the notes.

Samsung has taken everything great about its previous flagships and cranked it up to eleven.

That's why I switch back to Samsung. With the AI, I feel more convienient and a lot easier to use.
