First off I am a die hard Samsung and Android fan. We have Ipads in the family, can't stand them...and I always know when I'm talking to an Apple Iphone as the sound quality is terrible. That said the Galaxy S6 was a real boost up in features and performance EXCEPT for a few key things. Yes the Battery Power is pitiful BUT the charge time is insanely fast even on a regular charger. Next pro and con. Storage as I have the 128 GB model is okay but then you have to pay for "cloud" some where to back it up...just in case. Also the not waterproof and no SD or replaceable battery blows MAJOR design flaws that set the older Galaxies apart from the Apples. However I will say that the "complete care insurance" at the cost it is a close offset for the battery coverage cost to replace and lets face it you'll be pitching the phone to the trade in anyway at 2 years and a day. Here is the biggest downfall of the phone and one that surprised me. I'm on Verizon and I was told that when you drop out of 3g from 4g you lose the ability to stream data and connect on a call at the same time. I don't care what they say my antenna in my old S3 NEVER did this and it almost never dropped out of 4g. The new one immediately cuts Data streaming when on the phone the second 4g drops to one bar or less and it really drives me nuts...I'm a heavy GPS user and no directions in mid call will cause...problems. It also struggles at times to "re-acquire" 4g after a signal drop. Sound quality of ALL calls is awesome, Bluetooth is great and most things are near perfect, camera is scary good but major quality makes for major big files. Overall it gets a 4 star as the above mentioned flaws do not bring in a 5 by a long shot...S7 will get a 5 when I get my battery, SD card and waterproof back + a better antenna. The new Android OS and Samsung's sleeker bloatware were much improved ...oh and one last thing...little bigger screen and the charging system is great so I can live with the battery if you could beef it up a tad, thank you! Best phone out there but still pricey...but if you're on a 2-3 year old phone HUGE and I mean Huge improvement. Some flaws but he wait 9 months and you can pay more, and get the next gen...with new +'s and -'s

Awesome Android phone. Great display, best Droid camera to date. Had a slight problem with making and receiving calls when phone was a month old. Samsung replaced it next day air.

The phone seemed great while it was working. Was fine for a day and a half, second morning after charging all night the screen wouldn't turn on. Tried every imaginable sequences of key presses/holds I could find on Google but nothing worked. So I returned it. Maybe I was unlucky with a lemon, but I think I'll try another manufacturer for a change.

I love this phone! I haven't even begun to learn how to use everything---there is so much. Takes BEAUTIFUL pictures even in almost total darkness.

Love the slighter longer size and all the memory. Pictures vastly improved over the Samsung S4.

let me start by saying that i have a very reliable Samsung galaxy note 3 and this phone i am writing a review on is my wife's phone. Ive been having issues with this phone since i purchased it through the Verizon edge program with insurance, the phone has been giving her error messages like: 1."UNFORTUNATELY, THE PROCESS COM.GOOGLE.PROCESS.GAPPS HAS STOPPED. IT DID IT FROM 4/28/2015 TO 8/17/2015 we received a security update then.... 2. i got error message that said: "UNFORTUNATELY, IMS SERVICES HAS STOPPED FROM 8/17/2015 TO 8/20/2015 i then finally received a replacement "refurbished phone" today 8/20/2015 and right out of the box. 1. the device was completely dead and took 3 hours to fully charge the phone. then i started it up and the first thing it needed after i got all my wife's info back into her refurbished replacement from asurion, was a software update. so i figured oh this should be easy. i was wrong lol! anyways, the S6 didnt update properly and kept popping up with "SYSTEM UPDATE FAILED. ERROR CODE 404" i am now as i type getting a second replacement due to this issue. i stayed with asurion for 58 minutes doing multiple resets and pressing on the volume up, home key and power button at the same time to put the phone in safe mode and clear cache and reboot the phone. hopefully the 2nd replacement phone works better. but for now i cannot recommend this phone. i would say stick with the note 3 or 4 or even try the note 5. the note line has never given me issues. i told my wife this but she doesn't like BIG phones so this is what she got.
