Great Galaxy S6 phone

This phone has features that the Apple iPhone 6s doesn't have. I know because my daughter has the iPhone and me & my mother have the Samsung Galaxy S6. Example: when texting the numbers & letters both appear so you don't have to altering from letters to #'s. Simple & convenient.

The S-VI seems more quirky than the old S-III and the battery life really sucks. It was also a pain that the S-VI doesn't have a sim card so all the data (tons of stored music) had to be downloaded to the new phone rather than just swopping in the sim card/mini SD

Like the new feel of the phone

I miss the ability to move directly to each screen, now you have to scroll through all your screens. On Verizon now I can't surf net while on the phone.. Verizon said they know and a fix is in the works

Great Tool

However, when I bought it at Best Buy I was told my plan would not change. Well, this is not true and now I'm spending $35 a month more for the exact same service as before. Get promises in Writing! No more Best Buy phone purchases for me. I recommend the phone but not the store.
