My son had difficulties the first week and we had to come back to Best Buy. I have to say, that their customer service was just great and they helped us get everything worked out without any troubles.They really did an awesome job helping us out!

I trust Samsung to make a great phone & they came thru big time with the G7. At first I was a little disappointed with the battery life but after playing with the settings it has gotten much better. Tho beware--with really heavy use keep your charger close at hand!

Great all around phone

Performance is smooth and really gets the job done. Only downside is finding a tempered glass protector that doesn't give a halo effect to the phone screen. Other than that, this phone is hands down amazing and features are really good.
