If you have the S5 and are looking to upgrade, I'd recommend the GS7. It does everything the S5 did but it's faster, has more memory. Also, I bought a professional expandable memory which helps a lot especially with apps that can be moved to it. The phone is better than the S8. The only difference between the two is the button.

Sleek and fast phone. Takes very good photos. I like the fact that it is water resistant. The price seems fair too.

Great camera, fast, feels great in my hands, looks stunning

Upgraded from a Samsung S4 mini. I was afraid it would be too big to fit in my purse but it is taller, but not much wider. The other 7 and the 8s are just too big for my hand. This has such a nice, clear screen. Everything on screen is slightly bigger, which is great. Also, much longer battery life then the old phone.

I upgraded to the S7, from the Note 3. I'm a big Samsung fan. I also looked at the iPhone 7Plus. I like the privacy I have with my S7, that I can't get with the 7Plus. Photos are crisp and sharp. Settings are easy to manage. And at 100% charge at the beginning of the day, I'm still at the least 65% by the end of a 12 hour day.

Larger screen, smooth use, great picture, ease of use

I hadn't planned on buying a new phone when my cell had problems but it worked out fine. The total process took a little longer than I liked but the Best Buy guys were very friendly, laughed at my jokes, and made everything clear. I like the phone and the better quality photos it takes. The battery seems to stay charged longer too.

Longer review in the metallic pink. Overall good phone: good function, decent camera, speed, space, screen response. Not the largest screened phone, but not real small so works well as a mini tablet. Have 3 in use in the household. 3 colors allow 3 people to have a different color so it's easy to tell each others apart!

I love my new Samsung S7 phone. It's so user friendly. It so easy to use. I get great reception. With my other phone I kept getting cut off...not so with this one. I had an iphone before this and I thought my Samsung would be too big to put in my back pocket, but it fits like a glove. The camera is super. I love this phone.

Seriously love this phone! Would definitely reccomend the Samsung galaxy S7 to friend or family. Great camera!

I got this phone over the newer 8S because it was wider than the 8 and the 8S+ was too big. The other thing I liked about it was that my son has the same phone and he could help me. The camera is a lot better than my last phone. The only problem I have had id getting used to a different way of operating a phone.

Moving from the S6 to this model I was pleased to find the option for expandable memory is back. I don't know why they did away with the white version though. I really liked that color best. The camera works well and the battery life is pretty good so far. Like the fast charging capability as well as wireless charging.

This is my first smartphone and it is amazing. The speed of the phone is close to the speed of my computer. The screen offers amazing image quality. The camera is better than my point and shoot camera. The speaker on the phone is mediocre but I can understand as high quality speakers could not be fit into something so small.

The S7 is easy to use. The screen is adequate and you can take great photos, good camera resolution.

So this is what it's like having a new phone. I had my S3 for over 3 years before finally upgrading to the S7. HUGE improvement. I have been greatly enjoying the battery life, the speed of the software, and even my signal quality has increased dramatically. I can't speak to this phone's quality compared to other current models, but I do know that I'm extremely happy with this. I only use it for a few mobile games, social media, and communication and it works wonderfully. Only complaint is the wifi calling requiring you to enter in your current address any time you use it. Very tedious and not worth the effort.

Great phone. Fast and compact. Coming frome Note3 just a little too small though. I'll get the Note 6 when it comes out. Gear VR is cool but gimmicky. Not very comfortable for long periods.
