Purchased this phone for my daughter. Her old S4 finally had to go. This phone, so far, has lived up to our expectations. It's footprint is compact with a decent sized screen and is quite a bit lighter than the S4. Even though this phone has been out a while it is still relevant and a proven performer. For those who are not excited about the impending change to a "phablet", this is a great choice; compact, powerful, with the same abilities as its ever growing cousins.

It's been great! No dropped calls which is rare where I live, I keep an Otter Box Defender on it 100% of the time. The only complaint I have is the battery life isn't the best, no changing that out, otherwise works great, charges quick, takes great pictures and video, call clarity is awesome with HD call feature! I seriously want that new Samsung 9 but still paying on this one and I upgraded from Samsung Note 2 when I bought the Samsung S7.

It's pretty similar to the Samsung 5 except you cannot use some apps on this phone, I am happy that you can add more memory to the phone. So far the camera works pretty great too.
