The phone features and software if great, love the display and camera but it could be more durable. The back camera cover from my phone shattered even without dropping the phone and with a case. I research it online and found more people with the same problem. Customer service was no help, on this case Apple still have the better service.

My last smartphone was the Galaxy S3.... just upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S7.... Wow, what a difference 3 years makes. Smart, pretty, sleek and fast.

It is nice that the buttons (on/off and volume) on the side don't compete with each other when squeezing. The size of the phone is comfortable and the phone is easier to navigate; using apps, organizing, and closing apps. Photo organization is easier.

Love the s7. I've been a Samsung user through all stages of the galaxy . The s7 ios seems to operate much faster with upgraded cameras on both sides. The applications go hand in hand with this uniquely diverse device. Would recommend. To anyone.

The Samsung S7 is easy to use. I previously had the S5. I was hoping that not too much had changed. The only complaint I have was using the talk-to-text via Bluetooth. However I was able to research a few forums online and fixed the problem

Of course this smartphone is already outdated when it was bought but then what electronic devise is not in this day and age. A fully functional smartphone with more features than I will ever figure out how to use ... but in the end worth it to me.

awesome phone, the camera works great and was a big selling point for me. the build quality is fantastic and is very visually apealing. also, one of the best things is its totally water proof so no more worrying about rain or dropping it in a puddle

As always initial use has been great. Great screen imaging. Camera is good. Call quality seems to be better than previous versions of the Galaxy phone. Always concerned about long term quality with Samsung products. Very concerned about battery issues that have come up in the Note 7 which I almost bought 2 days before the battery crisis started.

I am a devoted android user, and this is my second Samsung Galaxy phone. The interact well with my home electronics (PC, Samsung tablet and TVs). I dropped my Galaxy 5s too many times and needed an immediate replacement, and could not go without a functioning phone until the S8 release in March (?). The S7 is an exceptional phone & camera.

We got this phone for our daughter for her birthday. I have an iphone 6 but we decided to go with the Samsung Galaxy S7 because there was a promotion being offered with a free 32 Samsung TV and free VR device. We are amazed at the quality of this phone. I am sad to say, we inadvertently got our daughter a phone that is much better quality than our iphone!!! We didn't expect that. The picture quality is insanely clear on the Samsung! I hate that Apple dominates the market but even still... I am considering switching to a Samsung after comparing both the phones!

Never thought I would actually have to rely on the water resistant part of the galaxy 7 cellphone. ...life happens and it went down the river in Helen, Ga.No damage and working like a charm

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 on March 19,2017 from Best Buy. Have been using it for a month and like the features on this model. Love how they put more apps on the phone by putting Google, Samsung, and Verizon in separate App folders.

This phone is awesome. It says that it can withstand water for up to 30 minutes and it does just that. My husband accidentally dropped his phone in our backyard pool, the phone went 4 ft into the water and came out and still worked perfectly!

The Samsung S7 is a big improvement over the S5, with the 32G internal memory and if you add an SD card, there is plenty of memory for all your needs. I've taken a couple of pictures with the camera, and it seems to work much better than the S5

The best galaxy lineup so far, the battery is not all that though, fingerprint misses a lot
