I previously had a Galaxy S5 and was concerned when the S6 came out that they removed so many features. My fears were alleviated with the S7... it's still water resistant and has a microSD slot! The build quality is the best I've seen on a Samsung phone yet. It still has a headphone jack and they moved it to the bottom for convenience. Battery life is excellent and performance is good. The camera is second to none (and outperforms the iPhone 7 camera in tests even!) The only thing I would have liked to have seen was a removable battery.

I recently upgraded from the Galaxy S5 and this is a huge improvenemt. As I tell everyone... The best smartphones just keep getting better! Outstanding camera, speed and functionality, battery life, perfect size(Not too big nor too small of a screen), overall quality! Wireless charging is one of my favorite features and improvements from my Galaxy S5. Samsung pay is awesome! No complaints at all! Samsung hit another home run with this phone. Can't wait to see what Samsung has in store for the next generation, the Galaxy S8!

There is no doubt this phone is amazing, best phone ever. I love the water proof finally its able to be ised in rain or near water and no damage. I love the speed and fast response and you cant go wrong with the memory. I use it for everything its my new ipod and new camera best picture quality ever and dont get me started with the 4k video recording. If u are looking for a new phone and you want the best one out there the samsung galaxy s7 is it i almost got an iphone 6s but glad i didnt.

This is my second Galaxy S. Size is very nice, big but still easy to hold. Camera is great. Battery lasts all day with moderate use. Happy with purchase.

I really enjoy this phone. It has so many great features and was easy to set up. I like the solid feel of it. It does not feel like its going to break when I clean the screen off. It included new ear buds, and a neat little adapter for connecting a memory stick. The color is what i wanted, and was worth the money and the wait. The music app that was not supposed to be available, was included in one of the app folders to download (yaahooo), so now i don't have to use one of the ones with adds and other junk that is just not appropriate. In my opinion it is everything that the good reviews said it was. The memory card/sim slot is different. It does not have a track to slide on, so its good if you dont have to get in and out of it a lot. Although it does seem sturdy. And it comes with a little key to pop the door open. One just puts the key in and pushes till it pops open. The battery is pretty good I usually charge ot once a day, sometimes twice if i use it a lot. The resolution on the camera is big...so one will definitely have to turn it down. But takes good pictures. I also enjoy the different free themes to download. I also was thoroughly blessed to have also gotten the charging bundle with it. Which i really enjoy. I have never had a wireless charger before, and I like it much better than the plug in kind. Good size. Good camera. Is expandable has SD card slot. Is quicker than previous models. Has a Glass back though (what were they thinking?). Doesn't open up so you can't unplug batter (trying to be like iPhone I guess - but prob for the water resistance). SD card inserts on side of phone like the old days (ie. don't try to pry off the back!).

Had the S5. I passed on the inferior S6. So glad I waited for the S7 with the return of micro SD and water resistance. The camera is excellent and takes great quality when I don't have my high quality digital cameras. Speed and battery life is much improved. S7 is the best galaxy ever!

I replaced my broken note 5 with the S7 and other than missing the stylist I found this phone to be a perfect replacement with great battery life. The water resistance of this unit makes it really attractive for any parent looking to get their kids a phone which this has ended up with my Daughter now. I would recommend this phone without hesitation.

I received the S7 through work first, and was so impressed with it, I decided I should upgrade my wife's phone at home. She is also very happy with the purchase. I have had less problems with this phone than any other I have owned. All phones are subject to technical problems, but this one has had only minor annoyances, and none that haven't been fixed in updates. The whole thing is very fast, and the camera is amazing, at least for a phone. I was very happy they added the additional storage back into this one. I passed on the S6 because of it's lack of storage. I have recommended this to everyone I know who was looking to upgrade in the Android family, and have even gotten some Apple folks to convert.

There is a long list of positives, such as, the battery life, water resistance, processor speed, camera with auto focus, and etc. The only negative is that the phone is slippery.

This phone is snappy has a great screen feels premium in the hand and looks awesome in the platinum gold. A downsize in screen size from my Note 4 but an upgrade in performance. I couldn't be happier!

I usually skip a generation on phones, s3 to s5 to s7. Haven't had the phone long enough or delved into the inner workings to really feel it out. But first impressions are good. This thing charges fast when using the supplied dual mode charger. Camera is better than the s5. Speed seems to be better as well but that might be do to not having as much loaded on the phone. And I like the fact that you can access the memory card without taking out the battery, on this model you cannot remove the battery. So if you need to replace it for some reason you most likely will have to send it in.

Had a choice between the blue, gold, and pink gold. Pink gold is the winner. Phone is fast, no problems and cool Samsung features. I can cast my phone to Samsung tv. Only weird feature is I can't filter out dialed or incoming calls. It only filters out missed calls. Also when you exit out of apps it never really exits and the windows pile up until you press close all apps. Also I wanted the edge in pink but they were sold out. My husband got the edge and there really isn't not a huge difference with size and the edge screen feature. S7 is works great!

This was an upgrade from the Samsung S5 to an S7. The on-sale price was great, and the phone size is just right for me. I like that it includes an SD card slot (the S6 did not...), and that the phone is water-resistant.

Everything that has ever made a Samsung Galaxy phone great is rolled into this phone. Everything has been leading to this. Fast processor, intuitive interface, excellent battery life. The expandable memory was sorely missed in the S6, but now it's back! The wireless charging is very cool, and being water resistant is a huge plus! The only downside was that the phone is very slippery. A case is a must. But that's really the only issue I have with it. A $19 Modal case was a simple fix. Overall, the best smartphone I've ever owned.

The best smartphone yet...I think it's true of every generation of Samsung phones, but they've done some special things with the S7. I moved from an S4, so the speed and battery life are great leaps, but one reason I waited was the comeback of the external memory card. The waterproofing lets me use a minimal case that can fit in my pocket. And I haven't used the wireless charging yet, but it's a feature I'm looking forward to. Overall I can't find anything to complain about with this model.

I started off with an s5 so this phone is almost exactly like it which i really appreciated. Removable micro sd card for added storage, waterproof, easy to use, great pictures, and great sound. I originally upgraded to an s7 edge but found it difficult to hold the phone normallywithout touching the side edges/therefore disrupting the screen. Its a sleek phone that is pretty lightweight. Its really awesome and is integrated with the major apps and it makes them very easy to download and use.

I love the trendy look of the rose gold phone that was exclusive to Best Buy. As someone faithful to Samsung Galaxy phone's evolution, I was not disappointed. The camera quality and capabilities are top tech. Phone charges very fast and lasts throughout long work days. Being able to group apps in sub folders on the homescreen allows for order on your homescreen. AND THANK GOD for the Youtube multitasking ability to play in the background while you continue on with your life!!
