I have only had issues with one and turns out that was just a faulty Sim card. I can do every thing I need to do with this phone. I love the new color options. I am glad I gothink the geek squad warranty so I don't the actually have to deal with Samsung. I like their product, but not pleased with their lack of honoring their warranty on other products.
