Solid Phone

Some calls are not completing and the speaker sounds distorted. Which wasn't the issue when I first had it. I'm going to take into best buy and see what they can determine. Yes before someone comments ( tried turning off and on ). I just hadn't done a reset as I need to backup my stuff to the cloud.
