I really like the Galaxy S7 phone. It functions flawlessly with the exception of the fingerprint option for unlocking the phone, which sometimes takes a couple of tries (when it works it is great - easy to unlock the phone).

My husband had to get a new phone after damaging his S5. This is a nice phone with all he needs,and then some. Only issue is the volume button is right where his thumb rests so is frequently changing inadvertently. This can be a problem if the volume is off or too low: he will miss calls,never a good thing work-wise.

I love the camera quality, especially in low light!

I bought this for my wife's phone. First of all, that it came in a color she liked was a minor miracle. Second, it works. She drops phones a lot. I'm pretty convinced at this point that the case is doing a pretty okay job...

I upgraded the S5 and am not terribly excited or happy with the purchase. The phone tends to get very warm when operating multiple programs. Glass seems to mar or scratch easier than the S5. Had to replace my wifes phone due to multiple cracks in the screen in the first 2 weeks. Don't upgrade just to get a new phone.

The phone works great. The only problem that I have is that the Mail app does not sync with Verizon webmail. I talked to Best Buy, Verizon, and Samsung employees, and no one could figure out how to sync the Verizon webmail.

I do love this phone, plenty of memory and reliable

I recently bought the new Samaung S7 phone. I like the phone with the little bit bigger screen and much better sound. The only thing that I am not too happy about is the headphone jack is on the bottom of the phone instead of the top. It is somewhat inconvenient. Otherwise, I would have given this phone a full 5 stars!

Best Buy offer was awesome. Got the Gear VR for free and a gift card used to purchase otter box case and then some! Samsung reap was also in the store and did a tutorial for my husband since this was his first smartphone.

Through a promotion with Verizon and Best Buy, I got to upgrade my phone (for almost no cost) and got a free Samsung flat screen TV. The only con I've found so far is difficulty finding a screen protector that stays in place over the whole screen and then finding a case that fits properly with the screen cover applied.

Upgraded from s5 to the s7. No regrets, love, love, love it and I am liking some of the updates. No more flap to move so I can plug in the charger and the headset jack is on the bottom. Great accessories are available also.

This is a very good phone with an excellent camera

I have been an iPhone user for at least 6 years and was increasingly dissatisfied with iPhone. I asked friends and relatives for advise and they all had good things to say about the Samsung Galaxy S7 and so far I agree!

Mine didn't hold a charge, and the screen froze the first few hours I had it, but it seemed like it was a great phone. I switched to the edge when I exchanged it the next day, because I wanted a case with a holder, but I should have kept the 7. The edge has many more problems with protection from breakage.

Still several bugs that need to be worked on. It will freeze up on me, the keyboard will get stuck as well and not minimize after you've selected done. The auto-correct changes correct words to other words it thinks you are trying to use instead. I cannot switch from English to Spanish without having to swipe to the correct language beforehand, unlike the older Samsung version. Even when I select the correct language when speaking it will still show the incorrect language making the speak to text function in Spanish useless. Just like my last Samsung, the gps is spotty and I am constantly having to re-find a signal when getting directions because it will notify me that it is searching for gps. Oh and now my front camera chooses when it wants to work or not. I will take a picture and when I select to view it it shows up black.

Was going to wait for the Note 7, but once I got my hand on the S7, I wasn't going to wait. Truly a great phone AND waterproof. I have a 4 year old and the gorilla glass screen and waterproof features are a life saver!
