My Galaxy 4 had great reception anywhere - including inside my home. I still have the same carrier, Verizon, but when I talk to someone they complain that they only hear every other word or that I'm breaking up. So now I have to make calls from my land line rather than my cell. Irritating and inconvenient!

I've had my S7 for about a month now. Previously has the S3. Love this phone. Most of the features work the same as the S3, but has many upgrades. Highly recommend.

So happy with this purchase. Upgraded from the S5, didn't like the s6 not having expandable memory, so I was excited when the s7 came back with that. The waterproof, super fast charging and overall better quality.

I bought this phone. Light, sleek, shiny and very nice looking. Take it home to enjoy and update the phone when it overheated badly. Let it cool down and tried again. Finish the updating then find a software update. I finished that and the phone was to hot to handle. Let it cool down then started to download my extra apps when it got extremely hot again. Let it cool down again then just played with the phone with out downloading or updating the phone still got hot. No system notice saying phone was hot. Returned it and got another with the same issue which sucked because I liked the phone. So had to return that one. Waiting on Samsung to figure out what happen. Always been a Samsung person since the s4. Hope they can fix these issues. When it gets hot thou the performance lags bad. If they fixed the overheating I would rate it 5 stars.

This item was okay overall. Good build quality and battery life. I don't know what it is about android but I was completely turned off, I went back to my iPhone 6s then eventually Windows Nokia icon. Just a little more fun and attractive for my taste.

Galaxy 7 is the best phone I ever own I was not happy with my last phone lg v10 but since I still paying for it I decided that I would pay full price I bought it from bb and I was not disappointed so glad I did.

I came from an I phone 4 so the improvements are immeasurable.. only negative that I have found so far is that the internet doesn't work at all when in really weak cell areas. Phone and text work but it just tells me that service not available. Where as my iPhone 4 would just load pages really really slow.

I happen to love my phone it's so good to have a smart phone still learning all the new features the only complaint I have is that I never received my $50 gift card sent to my email other than that love my phone

My new phone has been wonderful! It was a bit stressful getting it due to an issue with number porting and Verizon tried to charge $20 for the new phone despite it being a free upgrade (they blamed it on Best Buy saying the sales person should have waived that fee). The phone itself has been great though.

Have had galaxies for years now. Upgraded from the 5. Quite a bit different and is taking some getting used to. Do feel like my S5 was "smarter" and picked up my typing habits faster. Battery life I felt was better on my older models as well. Otherwise a good phone and the gc deal didn't hurt either.

The charging slot on my previous phone broke and I could not charge it. I purchased this phone because it has the capacity for wireless charging, as this has been a problem I have encountered on other Samsung phones.

When my daughter's phone was due for an upgrade, we got this phone. I got the same phone in July when mine was due for the upgrade. It is easy to use, the screen is easy to see and, overall, it's a good phone.

I previously owned the Samsung S5 and was a little frustrated the first day I got it trying to get everything the way I wanted. I was so happy to find out that I didn't have those same issues with this one!

Was waiting to upgrade the S4 to this phone and I am so glad I waited instead of getting the S6. Only worry is the removable battery, or lack of I should say. So far I have not had a problem in losing my battery.

I recently switched from an iPhone email and wondered if the different Osborn would be problematic. Actually, there are a few features I like that the iPhone doesn't have. So far I'm pleased with my purchase.

Amazing piece of equipment. New to smart phones and have a lot to learn and expect it will be around for some time. Dropped it on wooden stairs and tumbled down to ceramic tile floor hitting hard. Wasn't in the case and no screen protector. Not a scuff, dent or a scratch. Hard to believe but true.

still figuring this phone out but I like all the stuff that it does so far....finally got out of the dark ages and my flip phone...good deal at Best Buy also with getting a phone free and girt cards on top of that!

This is my second Samsung phone. (Last was S5 model). No problems at all. I do wish the battery was removable like the S5 but I guess we are stuck with what ever is available at the time we need a phone.

I really like this new Samsung generation. The only thing I miss is that my old Samsung didn't need to be unlocked to snooze alarms and the new driving mode is the most annoying thing they could have put in.

I did my research, on phones given my disappointment with the last few iterations of the Galaxy phone, and I'm very pleased with this one. They do act a little strange when using a phone case or screen projector, but this is a small thing given how much space and how strong the connectivity is.
