Battery life is short even with most options turned off. Phone reception isn't the greatest and experienced dropped calls. The reception drastically varies even stationary. The adware and pop-ups are out of control with this compared to an idiot phone. However I can use data while on a conversation.

this is ok for a first-time smartphone for my husband. even so there are some basics that remain too complex. he repeatedly and accidentally deletes his contact and favorites but we're not sure how it happens. overall fine. nothing outstanding or remarkable to say about the phone to help you decide.

Works ok but not as intuitive as galaxy 4. Needed a lot of help from more tech savy nephew to do relatively simple things that were more intuitive on galaxy 4. Did find multiscreen capability which was nice. If ever learn all the functions probably will be happier but not as simple as galaxy 4.

I'm a loyal Samsung fan & was not disappointed when I upgraded from my S4 to the S7. Had to have the pink gold one!! Absolutely luv luv luv this phone! The new updates are amazing. You gotta get this phone !

This phone is the best one yet! I have had all galaxy phones starting with the s3. I enjoyed this phone so much i got one for my girlfriend and parents as well

I like the S7 ... I had some issues at first but the Samsung Representative at one of the stores in Lansing, Mi was very instrumental at fixing the issue very quickly. Not only did he fix it he told me how it probably happened and pointed out a few things that the rep in my hometown area store didn't.

My son's Sony Xperia took a dump and we didn't have insurance coverage anymore. He like my Samsung and decided he wanted one also. The S7 is good for him...I have the S8+ as I should...I'm the dad!!!

I upgraded my current Samsung with this purchase, it is a quality product as my previous Samsung phones have been. Too bad they keep changing the power cord, so you have to get new chargers for each model.

My Samsung phone had held up well. I use it mostly for family business, doing errands , etc. Only minor problems and fixed where I bought the phone. Have had the phone for about a year. Works very well.

Picked up this phone for my daughter who can destroy almost any phone in short period of Time. Phone has held up well and it does everything it is supposed to do. I really appreciate the quality.

I purchased this phone the day after Mothers day. My previous phone was the S4 and used over 3 years with no issues. I started getting a SIM Card reader error pretty soon after getting it. This should have been my clue to RUN DON'T WALK back because I may have still been within my 14 days to get better support. I was able to restart the phone to get rid of the error. After I used the phone for a month, I got the error and unable to restart it - could not make phone calls, texts, or internet. Basically not very useful. I went in for support and since over 14 days old, Verizon or Samsung would not support. Basic troubleshooting was done at both places (Verizon would not support when they found I purchased at Best Buy and told me to go there). A ticket was opened by Samsung workers at Best Buy and I was told I needed to send in my new $800 phone to be fixed and now back to using my old phone. I was also told by the Samsung person that if my phone would have been replaced, I would get a refurbished phone which I didn't want. Curious what my phone is after it is 'fixed' if it is not refurbished. So, I am NOT happy about this purchase especially with the price tag and no support unless I would have purchased the warranty. If this would have been something that I controlled, I would be less angry with paying the money for something that is not the quality (or service) I expected.

This is the first smart phone that I have ever owned - and I love it. My kids are teaching me how to use all the features - and so far I really like it. Wish I would have given up my flip phone sooner!

I was a little worried about going from the s5 to the s7 but I have enjoyed it. It's slightly smaller and the non removable battery is not as bad as I thought. I also love that it has the SD card slot.

Previous phone was a Moto X. This was a great upgrade. Running on 5 months in and it has surpassed my Moto X in every regard. #1 is the great battery quality. Recommend getting a wireless charging base.

I have enjoyed all the samsung phones so far that I have had from S3 to Note 5, now S7. I thing they are way better than the apple phone, like they say The next big thing is all ready here!

I have the pink s7 and bought the gold one for my mom and this black one for my fiancé. He loves it. So far he has no complaints. He came from an old Windows phone and is so facinated with his new s7.

This phone is sturdy which is great because my daughter has broken quite a few phones in the past. The clarity of the screen and the functionality of this product are great!! I highly recommend it!!!

Good looking, powerful and built to last. So nice to have this waterproof phone. Looking back at all the phones I've destroyed throughout the years due to shower steam or rain, this phone was a no-brainer.

I love this phone, it has all I need, but I did not bought it for me but for my husband, I was trying to convince him to use it but he is an IPhone guy, so unfortunately we returned.....very sad moment.

Very satisfied with the phone so far - only had it a month, so can't evaluate the long term reliability. But the S4 that this replaced was rock solid for over 2 years - hope the same is true for the S7!
