After my last phone this takes a little getting used too. The 4 stars is more an issue of me learning to use it than a knock on the phone. There aren't enough ringtones and wall papers to select from. Other than that an excellent phone.

phone works as it should. not much different than the S5, so I would suggest going the S7 edge if you want better. I feel forced to have gone with this model (wouldn't have chosen it necessarily) as I had an S5 and upgraded to a Note 7. Obviously the Note 7 got recalled, at which point I waited to get the new Note 7 with the 'undamaged' battery/issue. Again this phone got completely recalled and banned from airlines so I again had to go to Best Buy for an exchange. Only phone in Samsung family they had was the S7. It was "take it" or be without a phone. Not pleased at all with the entire process. But it's not the S7's fault. Just doesn't have the capabilities I was wanting.

I love it so far, except for the feature exclusive to Verizon that one cannot block any number or messages. Hopefully verizon enables the setting to block numbers.

I got a great deal by going to Best Buy for my phone. I didn't have to make monthly payments with my phone carrier. The Galaxy S7 has so many great features. I love it!

I wanted the Note 7 but do to recall I got the S7. Slightly smaller but it had everything my old Note 3 had please other advancements. Very happy with my purchase.

Great phone and with the deal that best buy offers weekly on their phones, I was more than willing to go with best buy instead of my service carrier (verizon).

I keep getting gold color because other family members get the other colors. Samsung could improve on the color (not sure in what way but I've seen better colors)

I get to video chat with my daughter when she's away. She lives the phone and the features on it. It's user interface is easy for her to use. All around great phone!

I upgraded from the Galaxy S5 and have had no problems with the new phone. Of course there is an adjustment period, but so far, so good! I was going to get the Google Pixel, but the deals on this one were great so I am glad I didn't switch.

He really likes the OK Google app, . He will ask for a song that is in his head and play it. This is saving us money on having to go buy the cd so he can hear the song

I would recommend this phone to anybody. The camera is phenomenal to use along with the video component. The only issue I have with the phone is smoothness of going in and out of applications.

Bought two of these and have had no problems. Built in wireless charging is great. No heat issues with the S7. The always on feature was a little freaky at first.

Thin, quick, charges fast. I do like the phone a lot. I just need to work on it a bit longer. Best Buy was great at listening to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me a phone with upgrades that I would never use. I really did appreciate that.

He really likes his phone. Told me he likes the gold tone better, otherwise, he likes! He was mildly intrigued with the edge, but thought this was just as well!

Had a Galaxy S3 prior to this Galaxy S7.I am enjoying this phone. Love the way the Gallery separates photo's by date taken. Still learning new things about it.

The only thing I love more about this purchase iis the gift cards I got for trading in my galaxy s4. I came out of Best Buy with an awesome phone and a ps4 pro.

I've always been a big fan of Samsung Galaxy phones, and this one did not disappoint me one bit. I expect to use this for a good 4+ years like the last one I had.

Samsung has always been good to me so when I was able to I got this phone for my boyfriend. It's his first smart phone in a long time and is doing great for him.

I like it when youre browsing online and some one texts you or calls you , it pops up in its own little box to let you reply to it all the while still browsing.
