I got this after my galaxy 5. I honestly couldn't tell the difference besides the camera. My screen cracked out of nowhere. I'm going to Apple next.

Great specs but tends to have the same issues of previous models. Operating system way too glitchy to keep up with an otherwise perfect device.

Upgraded to the 7 from the 5. Not terribly impressed. Not much better and have had issues with the Bluetooth that I didn't have with the S5.

This phone gets very warm and I get messages to shut it down to cool when I use it for short times with the VR Goggles that I got with it.

Love Samsung phoneso but this one kind of makes me want to try something different. Phone overheat alot. Over the pink gold color..

The phone was not user friendly. However, Best Buy helped me out and switched me back over to an iPhone.

I had one of the first s5's and it was a very good phone for about a year and a half. Then the battery got real weak. I figured heck, only 6 months and I can upgrade so I never replaced it. I decided to go with Samsung again and am really kicking myself. The battery on this s7 literally goes dead with in 6 to 8 hours with very minimal use. It's already gotten kinda slow when doing about anything not to mention the Keyboard is just awful! Worst Auto correct ever!!! There is about a 60% chance that if you go for any letter above the space bar, it will do a space instead of the letter. All in all definitely wish I would have gave the iPhone a try.....but their keyboard doesn't have the double featured letter keys! So if you want any symbols you have to actually go to the sym menu to select them...I really need to take this s7 in to be looked at by geek squad.....HAS to be a lemon or Samsung would not be able to sell this hunk of junk.

My phone was plagued with problems from the beginning. It had a bad SIM card, wireless charging worked intermittently and disconnected from blue tooth regularly. I bought the phone from Best Buy and the Samsung guy was useless. I took the phone to Verizon and they gave me a new phone. I will never buy a phone from Best Buy again.

I exchanged it for a rose gold s7. The blessedly one seemed like it has been used before because it had saved information.

The phone has a terrible connection!! The camera is great, actually the best I have had.

My phone cracked within two weeks of buying it. Glass shattered, none of my other droids have done this. Otherwise ok phone.

This past month I purchased three Samsung phones. Two of them had problems. One overheated and screen broke. Your in store reps were no assistance. This was unacceptable after owning these and using minimally for such a short period of time. I know you will not do anything about my comments, but I needed to tell you.

Great phone at first but starts to slow down after a month. Also the double glass is a little bit fragile so get a case.

The phone is working as described. I've had a few issues setting it up but once I got the bugs worked out I like it.

I'm familiar with Samsung products and am usually satisfied but this is currently giving problems with email system

I could talk to text when texting and web searching on my s5 out of the box, but not on the new s7. Very disapointed.

The phone works great in the shower to say the least. However it doesn't work all of the time when clicking links.

Handled a beating so far and works well. No major issues at the moment and transferring data was easy as well.

Incoming calls can be heard well, but callers can not always hear me clearly. Works on speaker phone better. Called verizon, not a tower change, set it up on advanced calling so it would switch to my wifi when at home, that did not help. No one at Best Buy or Verizon has been able to correct the problem so I am going to see about manufacturer warrant and return the phone.

They had a Verizon deal with Best Buy so we switched from Iphones to Samsung. It's definitely different.
