My issue is not with the phone; it is a sleek and fast device with a lot of options and very much of high quality. However, I felt like a slave to an outlet, and was charging it multiple times per day for the first 3-4 days I had it. At that point it was too much, and I exchanged it for an iPhone. I hope android is able to make the use of the batteries more efficient.

Works ok. Constantly getting sd card message even after the first day.

Still can't send photos or videos from this device to an apple device, but we can blame apple for that. ;)

I was not able to get a signal with this phone in my basement. It is a nice phone. I would recommend it.

It seems like the same old phone as before but the keyboard is really slow. Slower than my last s5.

Phone is awesome... Aside from not being able to remove the battery as in older Samsung Galaxies.

Not the best device that I have gotten from Samsung. Gets really hot really fast. Not recommended.

Overheats sometimes. I bought this for my son he has exchanged it twice. Third time is ok

I works just like just the last 3 that I have had. So I expect it to break just as quickly.

Plain and simple, this phone is awesome! I've had it about 2 months now I think and I have no complaints. It's fast, smooth, no lag, takes great pictures, awesome screen, perfect size, WATER PROOF! Easy to use, great battery! its the prefect phone

I upgraded from a galaxy s5. I don't do much on the phones so cant really tell a difference.

Samsung still puts too much bloatware but getting better; VR goggles add to the experience

Coming from an Iphone it was different but overall nice feeling, good weight for its size.

For my area, this phone did not perform well. I was supposed to get better service due to the 4G coverage being offered with the purchase. However, upon arriving to my then living arrangement, I found I got worse service than with a different brand and regular 3G. Returned and switched to Iphone 5 at the time, which worked better.

Average, nothing great. Best Buy misrepresented my bill, soured me on entire purchase.

I used to have the S5. I loved it. The S7 doesn't seem to have the battery power the S5.

Works well, but the email is not quite as good as as iPhone. Calendars do not sync well.

Its an ok phone. Has issues connecting to Android Auto

Very poor battery life. Unless you keep the phone in one of its battery saving modes (limiting performance), you need to constantly have it hooked to a charger. Camera does not take better low light pics as advertised. Placement of lock button on the side is annoying. Android apps not as good as Apple apps. Sorry I left my iPhone.
