I am disappointed in this phone. It is too fragile. A all metal design would be a much better phone.

Still learning how to use the phone hope to keep it for a few years. My other family members want one also. Can't think of anything else

Excellent Smart Phone Customer Service and the Geek Squad Manager Not helpful and rather rude and dismissive when I needed help a month later to discuss an issue on my smartphone regarding invisible glass shield. Both of them advised I should take my business elsewhere if I dint like their answer. That the Geek squad manager during the week in the Woodland Park Store and the manager in the mobile device area.

15 days after purchasing the phone the screen went out!!!!!! Had to contact samsung to get it fixed and they still haven't been able to resolve the issue!!!!! They've had it for 2 weeks!!

JUST LIKE THE APPLE PHONE MUCH BETTER. I USED FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND LIKE THE BIGGER PHONES TO DO MY BUSINESS ON

Have to shut it down and restart every day or it freezes up

Still hoping to get it back from Samsung after the second time it has been sent to be fixed Best but was no help in trying to resolve the issue . They let me deal with Samsung and getting no where so far And it's a brand new phone so they say ! GOOD LUCK WITH YOURS

This phone started to feel hot when I was carrying it around in my pocket. Took it back

We have two of these and they both have significant call quality issues. So frustrating.

Beautiful color!!! Got a bad phone, So from here on out I will stick with the edge.

The phones are very slow and seems to be the same as the s3. Not impressed at all.

Not impressed by the s7, a downsize for sure, many glitches and dropped calles.

My husband got this phone on March 30th and two days ago (5/11/16) it decided to update itself and froze in the middle of the install. Fried the phone and Best Buy wouldn't replace the phone because it was over the 14 day return policy. Have to send it back to Samsung. Would not get this phone if I was you.

This phone screen has gone completely black after only one month of use.

Too small not nearly as good as my note 4...should not have gotten it

The phone becomes very slow if you open multiple apps at a time.

With a horrible battery life (About half that of my old Note 4) small screen and a lack of any significant improvements I can not recommend this phone. I wish I had my note 4 back. I would rather take my chances with the new Note exploding than be stuck with this phone for 2 years!

One drop, glass shatters. Two Galaxies, same results.

Does not compare with my Note 2. Very disappointing.
