I'm really not pleased, not user friendly at all..

The new phone is not easy to use. For example: it still shows that I am in Colombia, even after change all the sets to my actual location. Ask for help at the Samsung kiosk and the associate told me that I should google my specific question.

I finally left blackberry, and I think waiting for the S7 was the right decision. I have thought about leaving blackberry for a while, but could not give up the physical keyboard...I finally did and though I know I will miss it, all the things I have gained with android will be worth it. The screen is beautiful on this, I like the camera, and all the apps will change my smartphone experience for the better. I can tell already I am more efficient with my time. The bigger size over the Q10 will take some getting used to and I am not sure about what kind of case I will get, may have to wait until more people have the phone and review the various cases available. Great deal on a really nice phone.

I have had 2 phones so far since I bought this phone and I am going to send this back to Verizon and going back to old phone. Nothing against Best Buy you were all great. But this phone I have had nothing but problems with.

I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S7 from the Samsung Galaxy S5. I waited until the 7 came out because I wanted to make sure that my phone would still be waterproof. I am thoroughly enjoying this phone. It is very fast when surfing the internet and loads things very quickly. I like the way that it feels in my hand and the screen size. I have been a long time Samsung Galaxy user starting with the three. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade. How use all aspects of this phone and especially liked the camera. I find that my camera on the phone takes pictures just as well as my hand held camera. I am very happy with my Samsung Galaxy S7.

Started out good the kept freezing on me.....brought to Verizon store here in Fl. Fixed it twice the second time he ordered new one...then my phone went off again and could not get out of wizard..

Not very durable . Screen broke In front. Glass backing also shattered . Then told that mother board was too damaged to fix. My phone insurance didn't cover squat. Not very happy.

I started with the Galaxy Note 7 (which I loved). Due to the recall, I ended up with this piece of garbage. Samsung products have become so poor that I will never buy another one again.

All I can really say is I miss my iPhone wish I never swapped over biggest thing It doesn't have all the same functions using it with my 2015 chevy silverado as my iPhone has

Hate is a harsh word, but she really does. She says it's slower than the six, and freezes up all the time. I have to stop her from throwing it all the time.

I have dropped calls all the time , hard to dailet out and hard to hear at times.

I finally upgraded from my dumbphone, a Pantech Jest 2 (please don't laugh), and decided upon the Samsung Galaxy S7. I selected it for all the benefits over the alternatives: wireless charging, water resistance, OLED display, large battery, etc. It was an excellent choice. I have been using this phone for a month and have only plugged it in once, last night. I wanted to test the fast charging capability as my battery was sitting at only 3% after a pretty busy day. It allowed the phone to charge by almost 90% in a little more than one hour, which is pretty crazy. This phone has allowed me to join just as Pokemon Go was released and the location service is definitely taxing on the battery; however, the convenience of wireless charging as well as the fast charging capability allows you to keep going throughout the day. The design of the S7 worried me. All the glass and the slightly curved front display made my decision more difficult than it really needed to be. The glass made me worry about its durability, so I was incredibly concerned until I was able to find a nice case as well as some kind of screen protector. Lastly, the speaker was a bit of a concern as there is only one on the bottom which is easily covered by your thumb or finger. The sound isn't the greatest, but it's good enough and I can overlook it thanks to all the other benefits. Finally, a bit of a rant... People don't seem to understand the glass on the front display is curved even though this is not the S7 Edge. Look closely at your phone. It's curved. The reason why the curved display is relevant is because I want to find a tempered glass screen protector and many of them either do not reach full coverage or they create a "halo effect" around the edges. Product reviews for Samsung Galaxy S7 accessories are surprisingly negative because consumers don't seem to know what's in their hands. It's frustrating. No fault to Samsung in that regard.

My first galaxy phone and probably the best smart phone i have owned so far. There is some lag after many months of use and programs installed. The phone does seem to get pretty warm when using it. I like that i can add a micro sd card unlike iphones. Battery is not removable. Slim and just the right size. Screen is great quality. I used to not be crazy about Samsung's flavor of android, but this is good. Couple small gripes, but nothing is perfect.

I hated this phone so much I gave back the phone and the $400 gift card and paid extra for the iPhone 7plus (which is wicked awesome)

Phone is terrible, takes 8 hours to charge and battery life is about 6 hours. I Hate it, should have stayed with Apple's I-Phone!

The battery don't last very long and it suckered to always charge you battery and it still take an hour and 20 minstrel to charge

This phone has major GPS issues. It overheats and gets lost. Several trips to the store where I bought it and no sucess

This product was advertised as shatter prof. Not. The first time dropped it shattered. I don't recommend to anyone.

thanks to the awful nougat 7.0 update this phone has connectivity issues that nobody wants to take care of

The bigger screen and smoother transition between apps really propels the S7 ahead of its predecessors. Sound quality is top-notch, and the battery lasts for quite a while even while jamming to music for hours on end, provided the power-saving mode isn't deactivated, and even then, the phone's battery life is quite admirable as it will only drain when under considerable app usage.
