I purchased my Samsung S7 on April 1 phone is outstanding. My service experience was great Amanda from Samsung helped me with all my questions. The salesman went above and beyond to make sure my purchase terrific! THANKS BEST BUY!

I did a lot of research; mostly comparing the S7 with the Apple 6s. Both are terrific products, but in my opinion, the Samsung was best for me. I have been VERY SATISFIED with all Samsung items that I have purchased.

I was very surprised to buy my new Samsung S7 at a better price than what was available through Verizon dealers or the Verizon website. Great new phone at an even better price.

Very slim design and bright sharp screen. Love being able to access the phone with my personal finger print (or additional finger prints). One can also "wake" the phone up by saying "Hello Galaxy", then giving it commands, for instance in making phone calls.

The majority of the time this phone is fantastic, but my HUGE issue is that over wifi I can not download/update my apps via the google play store. I have taken the phone into best buy and had the samsung rep look at it, and they aren't sure why it is doing this. I have looked on line and found a lot of people having similar issues. 4g is no problem, but I don't want to waste my date plan while trying to update or download apps. Huge disappointment.

While the newer phones seem to be getting a bit heavier, as the batteries expand (iPhone 6 is also heavy), the phone itself is very sleek. No complaints.

I got this phone back in October and haven't really had any problems with it. The battery life could be better, but that's really my only complaint.

I absolutely love my phone and the sales associate that helped me make this big decision had great patience and customer skills. Very impressed.

I was in the market for a phone when my other died. I heard about the Galaxy s7. It was the most logical choice since my other phone was an s5.

I upgraded from the S4 to the S7. At the time, there was a great promotion, with a free 32 inch Samsung Smart TV, which made it a great deal.

You either have and buy android or not. Probably not going to change anyone's mind with a review. I love this phone and the features.

Way better than the iPhone 6s that it replaced. Highlights is Samsung Pay and the great form factor. Definitely the best phone of the year!

I love the camera on it and the screen. I have had a previous galaxy phone and went with the new one for an upgrade and I love it!

3rd Samsung phone. Still a great product. Haven't tested the waterproof feature, but glad it's there.

I really enjoy this phone and the new features it provides such as the water resistance, expandable memory, and hardware. But like any kind of product that you buy, the durability and quality of a phone plays a very important part of what makes it great overall. I can't say the same about the durability with this phone in comparison to its predecessors. I've had a Galaxy S4 and a Galaxy Note 4 and both have endured numerous amounts of punishment from being dropped and tossed across the room by kids during periods of it not having a case on. Now I know people will come and say this isn't a fair review because I should've known to put a case on and blah blah blah (mind you though, I do have a case for this phone but small percentage of it may spend time outside its case) but in buying a product, wouldn't one expect at least some form of durability, in cases of accidental drops, that it would not shatter? One would not expect that sitting on a chair that's about 2 feet high and having the phone slip off your lap would cause the "Gorilla Screen" to crack but sure enough, it shattered on me. Now with my bad luck, it happened to land perfectly on the corner of the phone which is the weakest point of these new "unbreakable" screens. Buying protection/accessories for a product should not be a necessity but an option for consumers. All in all, I am disappointed in Samsung for putting style and appearance before form, function and durability.

I am in love with my Samsung Galaxy S7. I upgraded from the S5 and it was well worth the money.

Switched from iPhone to Android and couldn't be happier!!!! Absolutely love my new phone!!!!!

In general a nice upgrade to the S5. Would have liked the battery to be user replaceable. Battery life could be better, but it includes a fast charger.
