great phone with very little problems. Actually bought another for my mother

I am missing a few of the features from the 6 but still a good phone

i really do like this phone and glad i updated with this one

But has no removable battery. That's my main concern

I really really dislike this phone. Came from Galaxy s4. This is a big step down. The fingerprint passcode which i was excited about, doesn't work if your hand is,wet, greasy etc The pattern passcode is more cumbersome than the s4, you have to swipe to get to the pattern swipe screen. A redundant ridiculas extra step. It annoys me EVERY time. You have to swipe, PRECISELY, to answer phone. You cant just touch the answer icon like S4. Super hard to do w one hand! Why did u change that Samsung? When on the phone and off phone page, it is so cumbersome to get back to phone page and functions. It gives you a choice, return to phone call, that has to be tapped. To much tapping on this phone. To hang up a call you've answered that interrrupts your web browsing is a super not fun series of tapping repeatedly at the useless end call icon. Eventually the other party hangs up and your call ends.Seriously? When trying to input numbers on screen during a call, screen goes black for a second with each number entered. Really annoying when entering acct. Numbers etc. Why Samsung? This phone is sooo sensitive. If I am looking at a web page and I set phone down, the page rotates horizontally. You have to gently place phone down, like not waking a baby. When choosing a youtube video to play thru blue tooth in my car, when you set phone down on passenger seat, it hoes to next video! You have to set it down ever do gently. If phone getts bumped; video changes. It is like handleing a newborn! I hate that. When scrolling thru a webpage and reading it will CLICK A LINK for you, without u touching it! This phone is slow and unresponsive. With normal heavy use the battery is dead by noon starting at 7 am. Horrible! You cant add a more powerful battery because it is unremovable. Horrible design! The virtual keypad is horribly unresponsive and glitchy. Hitting space bar for example, will often give an unwanted comma. Its an extra tap to get to the microphone than S4. This phone is just soooo much work. I almost hate it. Why Samsung? Why? There are so many other things wrong w this phone. I give the phone part a D-. The tablet part a C+. The one thing I love about this phone is you only have to hit the menu bar to get to camera. Genius! Everything else is sooo clunky and cumbersome. Water resistance is merely o.k. Don't buy this. I think there are better ones out there

The phone itself is great, bust Best Buy advertised it with an e-gift card that was never received. Have called 3 times and only gotten the run around. I wish I would have purchased from a store that stuck to what they advertised.

First need do math you sign a 2 year contract Verizon increases your line fee from $20 to $40 plus the Price in 2 years true phone cost $679.99. Second need shut down all apps or battery will run down quickly.

I was told when I purchased my Galaxy s7 that if anything went wrong with it Samsung would replace it. Well my 4 month old S7 had a battery/startup issue that the samsung rep at bestbuy said had to be sent back for repair. Samsung said it would take 7 working days. It has been 10 working days and the repair center can't tell me when a part will arrive to fix the phone. So much for sending me a new phone if the old one is broken. I was lied to two times by Samsung reps. I will never purchase another Samsung cell phone no matter how good they are.

Worst battery life of any phone I have ever owned. Before going to bed, I had it fully charged. Took it off the wireless charger, shut everything down and left it in standby mode. The next morning (8.5 hours later), the battery level was 47%. The phone would not make it a full day in standby. Using it for anything - calls, texting - would drain the battery quickly. After 2 months I had to replace the phone with a Motorola.

Buying through Bestbuy made me miss out on the Samsung VR Gear. I received an email from Samsung saying theirs still time to get VR by July 7. Only to find out anyone who bought through Bestbuy "will be subject to terms and conditions outlined." One of the main reasons I wanted the phone was for the VR application and now I'll have to buy one because I purchased it from Bestbuy.

This is a terrible piece of hardware. Dies constantly. Has to be sent into samsung for repair. I will never buy samsung again, esp since the phone doesn't pair easily with my samsung spin that I also just bought. Samsung is a terrilbe company. I've bought two items from them in the past 10 years and both were terrible. I'm going back to apple as soon as I can.

The first time I got it wet it died. Both Verizon and Samsung will not help, despite their advertisement saying it can withstand five feet of water. Now I'm stuck with 60 more $28 payments for a dead phone.

This phone sucks on Verizon service. There is no task manager to kill the running apps so it eats up your data when not on wifi. Thank goodness for the 14 day return policy.

Front and back are both shattered after very short falls! Would not recommend this phone at all!
