I upgraded from a Galaxy S5 only because it cost virtually nothing to do it. That's good because there's very little difference to justify an upgrade. My major dislike is that the battery can't be changed. I was told that the battery life is so good that it's not necessary as it will last all day. Wrong. Battery life is no better than the S5 and you'd better have a place to charge it nearby. The fingerprint scanner is OK but it rarely recognizes on the first try. The unlock settings are ineffective and the phone works the same no matter which settings are selected. I don't know if that's the phone or the operating system. The camera is better than the S5 but other than that there's really nothing worth spending money on an upgrade for if you already have an S5.

We picked this phone out for my daughter. She needed a phone with high functionality that is dependable and could take great pictures. We have not been disappointed at all. Great phone!

So fast and responsive with nice customization. I like the position of the headphone jack. I had the s5 and hated it being at the top. The phone looks great in a Otterbox symmetry case.

Happy to see the SD card back. Camera is quite good. screen is brighter than S6 also. Samsung Pay works well now and I like the fingerprint unlock for it. Samsung just keeps getting better

I did a lot of research on this phone before pulling the trigger and purchasing it. So far, no issues. Battery life is way better than my iPhone was and is better than my S5 work phone.

OK, I finally upgraded my S-5 to an S-7. Well, it's OK, but not spectacular. Still having problems getting the contacts to sync properly. The battery is definitely better in the newer phone. Still getting used to it, but it's a good successor to my previous cell.

My wife chose this model because she wanted something that was easy to use, good design, and she found it. She didn't like the idea of the edge screen so she went with this model instead.

loved the color and that Best buy was the only one with this color. Works great!

My husband had an S5, is there such a thing? He desperately needed an upgrade. Needless to say, he spends a lot more time on his phone. Great camera, very fast, fits his hand well.

Samsung S7 is an excellent phone and picks up from the S5 and charges ahead, skipping the S6 (thank goodness). I bought 4 of them to accomplish my upgrade of our phone. Couldn't be happier!

Terrific phone. I don't begin to use all the features, but it suits my needs perfectly. I traded up from an S3 and find the phone just as easy to use with no learning curve for the basics.

As someone new to smart phones, this phone was easy to get used to and understand. Great phone and have had no problems. Glad I made the jump and purchased this as my first smart phone.

I'm pleased with the phone. The applications are are easy to use. I was concerned because of all the bad press about Samsung note, but so far I haven't had any problems. Great phone!

the sound quality on this model is better than the s5, especially on phone calls. I also love the screen. I've yet to find a good zagg shield for the s7 though. It's my only complaint.

Picked this phone after I had to turn in my Note 7 for obvious reasons, the camera is fantastic, only miss the advanced pay method from the Note 7, otherwise a very, very good phone.

The phone is speedy even after ive overloaded it with apps. Screen is amazing. I have some issues holding the phone without a case. I always have a case on my phone so it doesnt bother me.

I bought the Samsung S7 after reading many reviews. This is by far the best cell phone I have ever owned. I would highly recommend this phone. You did a great job with this phone Samsung!

I love the phone. I upgraded from an older Samsung Note and it has all the great things and a lot of new extras. It is a little smaller than the Note but the screen is still plenty large.

In my opinion, this is the best phone on the market. I love that Samsung brought removable memory back. The processor is fast enough to multi-task and there seems to be less "bloatware".

I have enjoy the phone so far. I haven't experienced any major issues with the device. I have a galaxy s5 prior to this phone so I was familiar with the brand before I purchased the phone and it was easy to transition my information from my old phone to the s7.
