The look and feel of this phone is cool, and I am very happy with this purchase. It has this heart rate monitor on it that I didn't realize which is cool too. Good camera quality and a lot better than expected. I upgraded for the Galaxy S5 to this so it's a lot better!

the Samsung 7 is an upgrade for me and easy to use; I;'ve had to ask the staff a couple of questions, but I've mastered the options and usage quite quickly. I strongly recommend this phone to anyone looking to upgrade---and I recommend the Best Buy Samsung staff!!

Got my Samsung s7 about 2 months ago and I have zero complains, love everything about it. I had an LG before this one that was hard to give up but once I got around to understand all my Samsung features omg i can't believe i waited this long to go with Samsung.

This cell has it all and it is waterproof...that's a bonus. Thanks Samsung/AT&T for this new S7 with great capabilities - Easy to use...has a very clear screen/picture and sound..weight is good and easy to hold...no problems...price was right and a good buy at Best Buy!

This phone is working out well for me so far, I like having the ability to take great photos and share them with family and friends. Being able to have a small device that gets me on the web as well as it being a phone and camera is easier than having multiple devices.

I hadn't planned on getting a new phone, but I "killed" my old 7 year old Motorola. The Samsung Galaxy S7 is definitely a step up. I'm having a lot of fun with it. It's easy to use and love the gold color. Plus I got a free TV with it, which was a really nice bonus :)

It takes pics under water. It takes beautiful pics. The only issue I have is the charger port is picky, but wireless charging built in resolved that. Battery life has decreased over time as it does in all phones. I will be sticking with Samsung for a while.

But traded to get larger edge, cause was used to note. S7 is very nice otherwise

Love the Samsung Galaxy, but where are my points? Over 700.00 and no points?

I am a 60 year old retire person and this is my first smart phone. It is smart and I am dumb. This phone can do anything. I am really impress. I had a flip phone before this one and really like it but it went cell phone grave yard. Fairly easy to learn how to use, you just have to play with it for a while to learn all the bells and whistles. It is a truly a improvement on what I had.

I hate buying new cell phones and can be extremely lazy and resistant to change, but I am so happy I bought Galaxy S7. Picture quality is exceptional and it was an easy transition. Bonus was the oculus, memory, and the Samsung technician..so patient with the elderly.

Love my Samsung S7. It takes very nice pictures. It is easy to use.

This is my third galaxy. Owned the S2 and S4 and it is by far the best. Beautiful resolution on screen. Samsung is known for the Bloatware, but have removed a lot of it on this phone. They kept the best features of the previous phones and added a few new features.

Everything about the Galaxy S7 speaks to quality. The voice quality is excellent. The cameras are excellent. The apps are excellent! Absolutely everything is excellent. My old phone was a Galaxy S5.

The phone is working great. I upgraded from the Samsung S6, and like they brought the SD card back, but hate they removed the IR remote. I also wish the S7 used USB C but is still using the micro :-( I do like that it is water resistant, nice added feature.

The Pink Gold Galaxy S7 is the perfect phone for introducing me to the smartphone world. My former phone was so antiquated the Best Buy people couldn't even transfer over my photos and all contacts, but Best Buy helped out with setting so much up. Now I have so many beautiful photos on my phone, and I can readily post on Instagram or on FB, send within a text or as an email attchment-. The videos are pretty good quality as well and make for great memories to share, too, such as the video from the top of a section of the Great Wall. It took some time to adjust to the larger size than my former phone, but the Galaxy S7 easily fits in my hand and is light enough not to weigh down my pocket when I go out for a jog. It's easy to personalize and use for anyone with a bit of computer literacy. I find the Galaxy S7 to be great!

I don't change phones often unless absolutely necessarily but the Samsung 7 is awesome. It's sleek, stylish and offers so many features you favorite is the picture quality and the waterproof features. I preferred to buy it at Best Buy bc of the bonus of getting a VR gear free which AT&T couldn't match.

I did wait a long time to upgrade. But the processing speed, new features, ease-of-use, good looks, and intuitive use have all made for a really great phone. And it has an sd card slot again! Well worth the wait and the upgrade offer from Best Buy was fantastic!

Upgraded from much older cell phone. Phone has much better reception, easily add various apps and daily use. Older phone could not sync to get info transferred so just copied to sim card and transferred pictures and contacts with no problems.
