Love this phone so far! I had to upgrade from an old LG Volt and we wanted to switch carriers, but I wanted a phone a similar size to the Volt. I have smaller hands and all the phones lately are just so hard to manage. This Galaxy is perfect. The features are similar to my Volt and the apps run well. I also LOVE the camera! It's got lots of features and takes great pictures! I'm still learning all the features and I don't like a few of the things that are a bit different than the LG (like the texting app, you can't change the backgrounds for each individual person), and the background wallpaper doesn't scroll from one page to another, but otherwise the phone works well and is fun to play with and use.

Upgraded from an S4 and been impressed with it so far. Really like the always-on clock and battery feature so at a glance I can check the time or battery level without touching a button. Screen brightness seems to be an improvement over the S4 and battery life is much better although not being able to replace the battery (easily) may be a negative down the road. The water resistance is definitely a plus. Have not had any issues connecting with 4G LTE on AT&T as I read in other reviews - connects and appears to be a good margin faster than the S4. Overall I've been very please with the phone so far.

good camera, easy to use. I have had this phone for over a year without any issues. I had a S4 and the basic functions are not much different.

Had the S4. Was very happy with it, but this was a great upgrade. MaNY improvements from the s4. Especially the battery. Charges fast and lasts much longer.

So far the phone has done everything I wanted it for. It has a great camera, bright colors and a plethora of apps and Samsung specific services. The battery life is average and you will have to adjust the settings to get the most out of your phone. The audio jack is at the bottom of the phone. My biggest issue is that if you have the settings set to use wifi when in range of your home network the calls will drop your voice in an out if you walk around, you have to stay stationary to have audio clarity. This is annoying if you want to save data by using wifi at home. Overall the phone is a B+ so far. I will update after I have owned to phone for a longer period.

I love this phone, my wife takes pictures of our baby and they always look great. I like that it's unlocked so it can be used on any of the major carriers.

Nice size, fits easily in my pocket, charges great with my wireless charger .camera takes pictures very quickly very happy with the picture quality

So far the S7 doesn't seem like a huge upgrade from the S4. It's a bit faster and better display. Haven't tride the front facing camera yet. However usually runs warmer than the S4. Quick battery charge. Deleting texts and moving pictures into different folders takes more clicks. Too many pop-ups about allowing phone access to camera, contacts and location. Wish I could just click a yes or no box and never see the pop ups again. Maybe I just haven't found the way to prevent them yet. Does the job. Old S4 phone screen was damaged and pin lock was on. The Samsung rep was able to get past this problem and transfer all my data to my new phone. Kudos to the Samsung rep.

better battery life, love the wireless charging, nice camera, I'm glad I bought this phone it serves me well. I really wanted the Note 9 but could not justify the price.

I bought this for my wife and she can't be any happier. She loves it!! The phone is stylish, fast and the pictures it takes are nothing short of spectacular.

The battery life is long. Has a great clear camera. It responds fast to touch and also it is fast while using the internet and has good wallpapers

I love this phone. I am a photographer and am loving the camera feature of this phone! My photos are superb! Huge difference from the iphone.

Features easy to use.I have always preferred the Samsung phone and having it unlocked is an important feature for me due to my home location.

I've had several iPhones. This is my first Android phone and I'm sold. I like the size, look, battery life, features and apps.

I had the Galaxy S6 and the battery was starting to tire...I had to charge it everyday and overnight. The S7 is faster and has all the great features I've come to enjoy.

We looked at Apple as an alternative. This phone appears to do everything expected. The camera is first rate for us and it is a fast phone with minimal time lag.

going from iPhone to this is by far the best thing I have done once I got use to android instead of iso I never looked back. i have been caught in a few rain storms with the phone in my pocket and still going strong just have the otter box defender on it. any app i have put on it works just great if there was issues then it was from the app it self. when i did the switch and had the iphone 6 and it only lasted me a little over a year it went down by a issue know to apple and they would not fix but could of bought a refurbish one for 300.

I like that it works on most networks. There are a few differences in the settings menu verses the network specific version of this phone. I am on Verizon and the visual voicemail feature, and the verizon data usage/direct connection to customer service is not available with this phone, but every other option and function is. For me it's worth loosing those few items to avoid all the junk that verizon loads and can't be removed.

I paid $485 including a $25 Otter Box Defender. The phone and the box seem ok after 3 days. Verizon said $80 per month and I got a bill for $120. They said $30 activation fee and $5 tax, but they can knock it down to $80 if I set up auto pay with my bank account. I feel manipulated. I suspected the service wouldn't be a straightforward deal and I would have to confront someone about it. It's too early to say if this was definitely a good deal or not. The phone was a gift for my wife.

I was waiting for the $100 off and pulled the trigger on the S7. Could not be happier. Picked up the rapid wireless charger pad for $39.99 on sale. Could have saved $15 on line but had to satisfy immediate need gratification. After reading reviews of the S8 I went with the tried and true S7. Everything I was looking for in features is in the S7.
