    This phone works well, has a decent battery life and good features. However, it's extremely frustrating that Samsung does not release updates for this phone as frequently as the carrier locked versions of these phones. Everyone I know on carrier S7's have the Android 7 (Nougat) update and there's no word from Samsung on if/when we will get this update. Samsung really needs to step up their customer service...
