Phone overall is good but i Bearly have month with the phone and screen is starting to act up already

with kids and phones cracked screens happen. I've paid $100 to repair cracked screens twice. Imagine my dismay when I called my normal repair guy to rep,ace my new S7 edge screen And learned it would cost $550.....yes $550...... I'll be using this new phone with a cracked screen for a couple years.....and then no more Samsungs for me......

I don't like how I get text twice. Also the phone isn't really water proof as advertised.

I am just reviewing this as i got a defect phone in a BOX. I purchased the phone 35 days back and today only i am going to experience it after motherboard is replaced by samsung. I lost 35 days and i had to buy another phone for communication. How come bad phone is packed in a BOX and shipped to store for selling?????

Blocks HD calling and WiFi calling on Verizon network. Great phone otherwise.

Best buy has given very good deals for this phone and i am happy with it.

Buying this you think you would get a premium device, but that is not the case. We are several months into the release of Android 7.0 AKA Nougat, but this phone does not have it yet due to Samsung deliberately withholding it. Complete let down and a deal breaker for me to switch to another brand that offers a true premium device. I did not pay this much to be forgotten or treated badly by Samsung

Multiple issues with mms sending and receiving, won't download incoming mms. I changed the APN settings and still have issues.. (YOUR MESSAGE WILL SEND WHEN NETWORK BECOMES AVAILABLE) & (CURRENTLY UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD MESSAGES)

i purchased this phone last 3 month and i started to get a sound issue, I cannot hear when i received incoming call unless i use a earphone

I really liked the phone while it worked. Only had it a year and took really good care of it then after a year it froze. Couldn't get it to turn back on for nothing.

The phone works well & haven't had any issues. The battery life for the phone is great. The kids also enjoy playing games on the phone

The reason this phone deserves less than 1 star is that Samsung didn't tell the truth. They said it is compatible with AT&T network and it is but it isn't. The phone doesn't offer HD Voice, VoLTE, WiFi Calling, and Video Calling. How then is it COMPATIBLE. The calls sound muffled. They are not crystal clear as a contacted phone which has the HD Calling and the VoLTE. So don't waste your time in this phone just get the regular one for a few dollars more.

Phone didn't go on fire. But couldn't do half of the stuff my iPhone was able to do. Notably would not connect media via bluetooth to car stereo
