My old phone was having issues working properly. I found this model at a great price on Best Buy website to own with minimal 24 month payments. Went to local store and left with new phone in about an hour. Staff was very helpful transferring content from old phone. Very happy so far with this new phone.

I love this phone. Came from an lg and love the Samsung. Wish I would have waited 2 weeks for the s9 though.

It had a problem and traded it in on a S10+. It was a great size and did everything I wanted

I bought this phone for my brother who is techophobic, and he likes it, easy to navigate great for older people

I have had this phone for 2 weeks and had not had any problems. It is fast light and has a great screen.

Truly this is more than just a phone. I have had an iphone in the past but switched over to the good old flip phone a while back. I never thought id try another smart phone besides the iphone, but i must say samsung has done quite well with this phone i am happy to say that i am now an android user.

We came in to have my son put on my phone plan. He chose the Samsung Galaxy S8. He was looking for a phone with a good sound for music, videos and etc. He is very happy with the phone. And he is pleased with the sound. The gentleman that help get the phone set was very helpful and friendly.

I went from the S6 to the S8.....I can't tell much of a difference, I mean the size is pretty comparable. There are some fun little changes. Still waiting for FitBit to be fully compatible with it. I have not found anything I do not like about it, however, I do not use phones to their full ability. :)

End it has everything you want to head and it work properly and like the colors and the sound and the ringtone how outlets hey Siri use easy to hold basically I like everything about it and then she earned a hold on my hand and I don't break his many cases and it doesn't slide around on my consul

Easy to use. Upgrade from a note 4. Camera is a little blurry. But other then that it fast and responsive

Samsung always has made good phones don't have any issues take a learning curve of you are a iPhone user

A great phone fast great features the clarity on the screen is amazing. I love watching Netflix on my phone looks just like hdtv. My only issue I've had with the phone is the screen is not very strong. I've dropped phones and never cracked a screen ever on my previous phones. The screen is very fragile. Especially where the sides where the glass bends. I didnt have a screen protector but did have a shock absorbing case.

I like this phone thus far. It takes great photos. It was also very easy to update from my old phone.

Had the S5 now the S8. Really liking this phone. My only complaint isn't with phone or best buy but with getting the phone on day of launch and the 99 dollar vr experience was completely gone. SOLD OUT. GRRRRR. So it seems any one who didn't buy phone through Samsung is in the same boat. Other than that this phone is a big step up. Couldn't be happier.

Best overall camera by far. The front facing flash feature could be enhanced however.

Good phone, great camera, but get a case right away. I t is extremely slippery and very easy to drop
